For around $170, the two Just Junk representatives went with me for a tour of the three junk sites, grabbed everything I was getting rid of which included: garbage I wasn't going to get to put out next week; a patio table; plastic and wood shelving; and garden tools and decorations that weren't in good condition. The truck was half full by the time they left. These guys didn't judge, went at it with full force and did their job ... and for a reasonable price. Whereas the outlet store said the part would be on order for months, the repairman from ORR fixed a small leak the day after I called on his first and only visit. They saved us hundreds of dollars and the feeling of wastefulness that comes from replacing an appliance that is practically new. The man was friendly when he visited, transparent about the cost and what he was doing, and honest about the likelihood that it might happen again. Even if the fridge broke every two years I would rather support these guys than buy a new one every five. And it would probably be cheaper.
