Click and Pledge offers free support that is supposed to contact you by the 6pm the following day, over 2 weeks I submitted 4 support requests and was never contacted on a single one. Desperate to resolve the issue, I contacted their premium support for which they charge $150 to initiate the call and then $75 per hour. I was directed to a voicemail system and told my call would be returned in 2 hours. That was yesterday...needless to say I am not holding my breath.

Why did the supposedly "Christian" counselor handle things this way, instead of letting the financial dept handle it? After one phone call today, the financial dept says it's all been paid. There is no way that this was handled in a professional manner. The client was embarrassed, humiliated, and likely will no longer seek the counseling he so desperately needs. The counselor's name is Chuck Rife.
