Amazing doctor!! This was my first visit to Dr. Joshi and I will be making him my primary…read morephysician now. I just moved to the area and was shopping around for a new doctor. I had three bad experiences with other doctor before I came to see Dr. Joshi today. I knew this kind of doctor was out there and I finally found him. He listened attentively to all of my concerns, had a very kind and gentle bedside manner, and I found him to be incredibly knowledgable and aware of how some medical situations can be complicated. I really appreciate how nice the receptionist was and the office staff seemed super organized. The nurse was very nice, too. I was taken back right away for triage with the nurse and the doctor came to see me just moments after the nurse left. So what I am trying to say is that I am extremely pleased with the medical and customer service that I received at my appointment today.

I was in the waiting room when a man came in. He was just released from the hospital. He didn't look very good and I could tell he didn't feel very good. He was leaning on his wife as he was walking in. I don't know who his doctor is, but his doctor suggested that he and his wife stop by the office before they head home. After several minutes of hearing him wheezing, I started wanting the doctor to hurry up and call him back so that he could get the visit over with and go home. The man slumped over in his chair and his wife was asking for help. Another lady closer to them, jumped up to help keep him from falling to the floor. I went through the double doors and asked the office staff to call 911 and get a doctor. Several people in the facility came out to administer treatment for the ailing man. They were able to help stabilize him before he went to the emergency room. I am glad they were able to help him. If you need cardiac care, this office will take care of you.
