The clinic refused to provide an order to schedule MRI for any imaging facility other than their own. I requested my X-rays on 2 occasions via email (through sportsmed patient portal) and once through voice mail. I never received a reply nor a call to obtain the records. Dr. mentioned possible surgical procedure may be needed after the MRI (almost 3 weeks after MRI) follow up appointment. No thank you, I will be treated elsewhere at a facility that is much more responsive to patients. If a doctor can't order an MRI timely I will have surgery elsewhere if needed. Yes, I have excellent health care coverage so that was not the issue.
