The office was very clean, they had a form ready for my situation, the person who help me was very kind and professional, and they were able to buff out most of the scratch on my vehicle. All in all an excellent experience and I would definitely use this shop again!

Responding to 5/6/2022 1 STAR review of Dave's talent and his crew by suggesting that 5 STAR…read morereviews posted are bogus and a ploy to get her business. I've had Dave work on my granddaughter Scion and we couldn't have been more pleased of his work and the crew working under him. Shortly thereafter my Ford Ranger was damaged due to a accident in Meridian and son of a gun, Dave of Auto Express came to mind knowing how talented and satisfied I was with his work on the Scion and wanted Dave of Auto Express to repair the Ranger. In both reviews I gave Dave and employees Auto Express 5 STARS of my own free will. One more thing I want to say, I'm only a customer that didn't know Dave of Auto Express before the Scion repair and wasn't offered any discount for the reviews. Today, I happen to notice a review that accused Dave of Auto Express of pulling some kind of bait and switch operation by making up 5 STAR reviews. Auto Express earned the 5 STARS by pleasing his customers. Thanks Auto Express

Being in the shade at the body shop, the issues weren't visible until I returned home. I immediately took pics and video and contacted URIA to discuss. No one got back to me. A few days later I received a follow up survey. I again complained about the work and asked for a member of management to contact me. That was 3 months ago. Still no contact. In short, URIA is friendly until they get paid. Their work is sub-par and they reinstall broken pieces if they aren't readily visible until you get home. To charge a premium price and not care about shoddy work is an issue worth sharing. Look elsewhere!

Three years previously, my vehicle was repaired and painted by their shop. Initially I was satisfied by the quality of work even when noticing the paint was not a perfect match in places. Not setting right, it finally got the best of me, I reached out to the current manager (Eric Parker) and he agreed to look at my car. After a quick look over, he happily took my car and said, "we can do better". While honoring the lifetime warranty on their work, he assured me that it would be at no charge. One week later, seven paint cards (to find the perfect match) more than $2,500 absorbed, hours of sanding, removing parts, prepping and repainting the entire driver's side, my car was completed. I was eager to see it! Eric and his team did not disappoint! I sincerely respect and appreciate him for taking my car back and his commitment to make things right. He almost seemed honored to have the opportunity. Eric is the reason I will not hesitate to bring any of my family's vehicle to Caliber Collision again should another accident occur in our future. I highly recommend Nampa Caliber Collision. Thank you!

Perfect Fit or Perfect Shit?…read more I've hesitated to make this post, but after today I feel people deserve to know my experience. In November, I had my valve cover gaskets replaced. Less than a year later, I went to change my spark plugs and found a large amount of oil in every spark plug well except two. Now I'm having to replace the valve cover gaskets all over again myself. That's not even the worst part. I also had my entire suspension replaced there in November. Within about a week of driving, one of the struts came up through the wheel well, leaving a huge hole that had to be repaired. On top of that, I later discovered my right front brake caliper wasn't even bolted on. These aren't minor mistakes, they're serious safety issues. If you want a shop that stands behind its work and you want your vehicle repaired safely and correctly, I cannot recommend taking your vehicle here based on my experience. I gave them my trust, and now I'm paying to fix their work myself.

She looked at the vehicle and had the shop make temporary repairs so that we could go on vacation. Gave us a very reasonable estimate for the repairs and scheduled us for after our vacation when the pars would also be in. During vacation, we had some additional minor accident damage. When we returned from vacation we took the car in for the initial repairs. Again, working with Taylor, she said give me an extra day and we will get it all fixed. Again, the additional repairs were quoted at a very reasonable cost. All the repairs were done, can't tell there ever was any damage. All the staff was very friendly! From the first interaction with them i have been impressed with their communication and commitment to great customer service. I got my vehicle back as promised. Clint was very good at explaining everything to me including what to expect and do within the first few weeks after repair. After a few weeks we noticed something off when we washed the vehicle for the first time. Clint was on the phone immediately with me and didn't balk at addressing my concern.
