After years of putting up with her and her "as a matter of fact attitude" and lack of compassion, because I was too lazy to look for a new provider, today I say forget you Dr Mohsin! The nurse Sheryl was very businesslike and no nonsense to the point of chastising me that they were busy and I needed to not speak unless I was answering questions. Dr Mohsin was efficient and instructed me that I was welcome to come there but there were guidelines as she was a busy person. I would need to limit my questions and keep things moving. Such an interesting group of individuals and a modern mode of treating humans.

I had lost track of where I had parked it and I was so tired and with the storm, ( it wasn't a pleasant experience), but anyway, everyone was very helpful helping me try to find the right building and so forth. A young man, BRIAN,( a tall and bearded ) was a sweetheart, he told me where to go and finally poor thing decided to take me right where I was going. He didn't have to do that, he was working but what a kind and thoughtful young man to be so nice to a befuddled old woman. I appreciate all that he did. I wanted to give him something for his troubles, but wouldn't take anything ( I only had a credit card, but would have gotten something for him). Thank you once again Brian, you were raised the proper way. Your hospital has a terrific employee working for you, (raise time). My son operation was a success and feeling ok today, sore of course. Noticed a spider bite on my leg while driving down and it began to get red and started trailing up my leg which concerned me. Honestly I was kind of freaking out!! Why I was so impressed with my treatment and service -safe process to gain entrance. You call them and they ask you information about your condition. Then they call you back when they're ready to see you and let you inside. -courteous and professional staff. -Dr. Kevin McKelvey treated me & prescribed a shot of Rocephin & two meds which I picked up yesterday when I drove back to Alexandria. Dr. Kevin asked the right questions and listened to me. I am so thankful he was able to diagnose my situation and help me. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

Ive been a patient of his for 5 years and will continue to be. The nurse is a sweet woman as well. My only complaint is one of the two front desk ladies is really rude. She almost made me not want to continue my treatment there. This woman is short with you on the phone or in person, nasty, rude, and walks around like she hates her job, life, and everything and every one in it. So, to keep my great doctor Dr. Campana, i continue to go and tolerate her. We've had words and since then our interaction has been a little more pleasant. The other woman at front desk is a complete sweetheart and i usually try to go on the days she's there.

The day I arrived for my procedure people were standing outside the office because the doors were locked. Then after finally getting inside I kept getting asked, "What are you having done today?" I was like really?? Then the doctor finally got there and again asked, "Now refresh my memory on what you're getting done." I should have walked out. They finally did the procedure, but three months later I cannot tell any difference nor can my husband. I still have my double chin and the stomach area looks almost exactly the same. When I went back, Dr. Pittman was in there for literally 5 minutes and goes "You look great!" I said you've got to be kidding me. There is NO difference. This is the most disorganized practice I have ever seen and a COMPLETE waste of money. DO NOT GO THERE!!
