Took two Hunter Douglas blinds that wouldn't raise anymore…read more. They were still under warranty.. I was told that Hunter Douglas charges $75 dollars shipping each way to have the blinds repaired but they have someone local who could fix them. When I went to pick them up they charged me $150 for repairs that I assumed would be covered by warranty. Called Hunter Douglas warranty department and was told they have no fixed rate for shipping.
