Nothing like trying to find help with a job that's pretty much booked up for a number of days already and not taking on any new clients. One of the places I was told to try and see if they could help said no but they knew someone who probably could! I called the number a spoke with the nicest man. He said that he would be able to help me out. I have been treated so well by them and the work is done and done right and in a very timely way. I also have learned that they offer a number of other services as well. I would absolutely recommend TJ to help you out with things you might be interested in getting done or just some ideas of ways that they can help you get your job done ! I was worried that he was so far away from me here in the Kalamazoo area but it's not a problem at all. He has people who work for him as well as TJ himself in and around the Kalamazoo area with no problem at all. So yes, I would most definitely recommend TJ'S Customer Outdoor Services.

Called Walter's Plumbing for a leaking bathtub. The guys were honest, the quality of work was…read moreexceptional and they did not take advantage of me being a woman regarding the price. I was previously told that a part could not be taken off and I would need to completely have the copper pipes redone due to not being able to take a bracket off and it would run me close to $700 or more. Walter's came and was able to complete what was previously advised could not be done at a fraction of the cost that was stated. Not to mention... they also do not charge a service fee to come out, where the other company charged $99.00! Awesome company and staff!!

Only 2 reviews but hey, both 5 stars....didn't notice the reviews were 3 and 6 years ago. So I called right at 8am. Fellow who answers tells me he's not the one who schedules but he would take my information and the person who does schedule would be back to me "shortly" ....Yeah. Three hours later, still haven't called. Sorry but, even a quick call back to tell me they don't want the job would be the professional thing to do. Called Great Lakes and they were professional. Gave me an appointment. I've used them before and they did good work and the plumber was a nice guy....even cleaned up after himself (something many plumbers don't do). Don't know why I didn't call them first. Next time I will.
