Excellent service. We had previously worked with a different (probably better known) estate agent and found the customer service at Robert Taylor to be far better. We mostly dealt with Richard, who was very friendly and worked hard to make sure we were always kept up to date of any progress in our house purchase. We also found that Robert Taylor were not pushy, and were happy to allow us to make our own decisions in our own time (the previous estate agency had only really seemed interested in getting the largest possible commission, whereas Robert Taylor seemed happy to let us set our own budget and stick to it). read more
