Full disclosure: I'm an orthodontic child who knows too much. So I didnt listen to my dad and my…read morewisdom teeth came in and hurt like absolute hell. It took another 5 years for me to admit I needed them out and I decided to go to Dr Feinerman after hearing for years how great he is. 1. Hes seriously awesome. All my fears were totally squashed after meeting him. Seriously I was convinced I was going to go permanently numb and lose all feeling and taste in my mouth. That didnt happen and the milkshake I just devoured was glorious. Granted I'm still numb so spilling milkshake all over myself definitely happened. I'm not even bleeding. Which is good (see point 3). 2. He told me exactly what he was going to do and what would happen. All of his prognosis was good. Mind you I'm still numb and on painkillers but I can still Yelp like a pro, so it couldn't be that bad. He also listened to EVERYTHING I said from my concerns to where my veins were so that the IV didnt kill me. 3. I woke up and started laughing because I almost dry heaved due to the gauze. Than I couldn't stop laughing. These drugs are great. No pain and constant entertainment. I legit cant tell you what's funny, but I can tell you the experience is fun. 4. I was seriously worried about being Chip and Dale's long lost sister. NO SWELLING so far. And no excruciating pain. All of my fears were literally for no reason I should have listened to my dad (if you know him, dont tell me him I said this as he will hold it over my head for the rest of my natural life during this I told you so moment). Dr. Feinerman is awesome! Obviously, no one likes oral surgery, but he is great along with his amazing staff! Thank you!!!

Simply Amazing Experience!! I have never received such phenomenal patient care from any type of…read moremedical provider. Kudos to Dr. Harris and everyone of his staff. From checking in to discharge, everyone of them were attentive and caring to my needs. Throughout the whole procedure (4 wisdom teeth removed), Dr. Harris made sure I was confortable and not experiencing too much pain. He also personally called me himself that evening to make sure I was ok. Unheard of! As anyone could imagine and due to their great service, they were back logged a bit. Because of my pain and discomfort they put me on a wait list. I had a consultation on a Friday and by Monday they called and gave me a slot for Tuesday, due to a cancellation. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the whole experience! Don't think twice about using Dr. Harris if you need any type of oral surgery. James D.

Just about 7 months later, my son still wasn't given any information on a date for his surgery! Ridiculous! Coordinator for scheduling didn't even seem to know his insurance had changed when I had called the office and sent all information for months earlier.Even after wisdom teeth breaking through sideways on the bottom and my son being in discomfort, another month passes. I have since taken my son to the Dr his dentist recommended and was scheduled for his teeth to be removed promptly. Recommend that you take special issues elsewhere as my son seemed to be put on the back burner after I kept getting the runaround being told he was the next case twice.

Look no further. Trust me…read more I have been to dental offices all over the U.S. I have poured so much money into my dental work, only to watch my teeth go one by one. For reference, I had a spot in my mouth that no matter what I did, the dental work kept failing, and no one could figure out why. I was temporarily living in Delray and went to Spodak for a cleaning. The office was incredibly modern and had every specialty under one roof. I haven't been able to find anything like that anywhere else. Dr. Spodak, who is the patriarch of the practice, came in and he was so warm and comforting. He had a terrific bedside manner. He looked at me and said, "You don't have bad teeth. You probably do your dental work all at once, and they offer to do the left side and then the right side." I nodded. For the first time, I felt truly seen in a dental chair. He explained that all of the dental work had caused my bite to become off and told me, essentially, that if we started then, he believed he could save my teeth. If we didn't, I would likely continue losing the other side. Unfortunately, I didn't have the money at that point. I asked if I could at least get a bite guard. He told me that it wasn't going to solve the problem. That might sound like a small thing, but to me it said everything about their integrity. They knew a bite guard was all I could afford, and instead of bringing me in and charging me $500 for something they didn't believe would actually help, they were honest with me. I eventually moved to Arizona. When I finally did have the money to address my teeth, I couldn't find one dentist here who could help me or, more importantly, really listen to what I was saying. They offered bite guards. They told me to brush and floss more. I am not joking when I say I have seen 43 dentists. And through all of that, I kept coming back to the same thing: this wasn't simply a brushing-and-flossing problem. My bite was the problem. Out of 43 dentists, Dr. Spodak was the only one who ever talked to me about actually trying to prevent further damage and save my teeth. Sometimes I honestly feel like dentistry has become more focused on fixing problems once they happen rather than figuring out how to prevent them in the first place. If I could go back, I would have stayed in Delray and continued seeing Dr. Spodak. I am seriously considering flying back there just for a visit.

I was already on the fence about this place. My first cleaning was very very sales heavy. They…read moreliterally sit you down in a sales office after your cleaning to try to sell you hard on Invisalign and all kinds of other things. I had braces removed a few years ago, so I found that kind of ridiculous. They also tried selling me on a root canal that my insurance wouldn't cover at their office. When I mentioned that I was going to get a second opinion and I would find somewhere my insurance covered, the sales lady said something to the effect of, "oh but be reallllyyy careful, not everyone does those types of procedures correctly and could damage it further", essentially using scare tactics to try to get me to book it through them right then and there. (News flash- second opinion said everything was fine). So I left feeling a little weird about this place, but I thought maybe my next cleaning in 6 months would be better and more streamlined/less sales-y. I set my next cleaning appointment for today at 11am. I have a text I replied and confirmed to for my appointment at 11am today. I took off work for 11am today for this appointment. At 8:09am I get a text asking if I'm on my way to my appointment at 8:00. I call the office and say that's weird, maybe they contacted the wrong patient because I'm staring at a text that says 11am. The woman on the phone tells me someone called me Tuesday and asked if I could change it to 8am and that the appointment is now already considered a cancellation and they can't see me at 11 either. I know that's not true, but I scroll through my call log anyway just to make sure I'm not going crazy, and confirmed I have no calls from spodak dental. They offered to see me at 3:00 instead. I reiterate that I took off work for 11am today so that isn't possible. If you're looking for a cut and dry dentist to give you an honest service, have you in and out of there, and not sell you on glitz and glam, fancy espresso machine in the lobby, shiny new state of the art equipment, and an office that can only be described as a resort lobby, this is not the place. Save your time and find a smaller reputable practice. I really tried to give this place another chance. Photos attached of my text that I confirmed and my call log. No call from Tuesday, only the 23rd when I called to move it to today and set it for 11am.
