I end up getting the filing done, and GUESS WHAT? I'm paying over 100 dollars for both. My wife, who asks a lot of questions, looked more into it. I think called Cigna, who said this office isn't in network, when on their website they are, lol. I called Jeff Commons, they claim to be in network, but the woman I spoke to told me Cigna downgraded the coverage for Composite, and would only pay for Amalgam. I then find out the Dr.Deborah Rodighiero ISN'T EVEN IN NETWORK! Now, I'm stuck with an addition 200 plus dollar bill on top of the over 100 I paid for. This is unacceptable. Why didn't you do your due diligence before you did my filings and make sure the composite filings were covered?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.

They were just more worried about all the things they could try and sell you more than helping. Even no charged my wife if she would give good reviews for them. Just very unprofessional.

I was in awe I've had 2 my whole life but I believe him. Go through with having one pulled. They charged me $300. Get my EOB says I owe $0 so that means insurance covered it all. I should receive my money back. Ohhh no they tell me they didn't charge my insurance because most don't cover it!!??? Which is illegal!! By law the have to charge insurance weather they think it's covered or not. Long story short they gave me nothing back. I went to another Dentist for a check up and they still to this day 13 years later say I have great teeth no cavities. Never got the other tooth pulled either still good. They are money hungry. They don't take walk-in patients, but I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Just know that they are closed Friday, but are open late on Monday. One of the things I like best about this practice is that they don't try to sell you on unnecessary procedures like one of the big chains does. They are also on time for appointments and get you in and out quickly.
