Each cleaning and exam always ended with a warning to have a tooth extracted because of some imminent failure of a crown, old filling or a cracked tooth - none of these teeth were causing pain or other problems, but I was warned that I'd soon be calling "in middle of the night" in agony. WRONG. I still have these teeth nearly five years later! I have a new dentist. Two of my teeth have had the old fillings replaced and two teeth are on the "watch and wait' list for possible crowns. Do your due diligence. ALWAYS get a second opinion on elective procedures.

Aspen Dental sucks…read more I mean, don't get me wrong, it's terrific that they're open on Saturday. It's unbelievable how scarce dentist offices are when it comes to the weekend. They're an everyday of the week necessity - just like the hospital and just like the grocery stores. BUT being the only dentistry open, these guys are greedy and capitalistic unfortunately. I come in a little past 7am - around when they open. I see a sign on the window "walk in's welcome!" So I walk right on in. What am I greeted with? A weary, apathetic receptionist and the rest of the group. They're like "we're already behind we might not be able to see you" - ma'am you've only been open 30 minutes and if I'm coming to you and telling you I got a serious issue I think that warrants a visit. Ultimately they think so too but here's the catch - they come up with some pure nonsense about how insurance companies are unreachable on Saturdays so you'll just have to pay 320 dollars for two images and a brief exam. Didn't even ask for my insurance card. EXCUSE ME? Talk about a scam. What gets under my skin is how greedy and eager to take advantage of my - and other people's - poor circumstances. I urgently needed to be checked on and get some antibiotics for my tooth before a literally blizzard blows into town and they couldn't care less. So I went to freaking urgent care and called an endodontist and got my help that way. If you think you don't got any other choices for your sudden tooth pain then to drop 300 on this place, you're wrong. These guys have to advertise aggressively because the reviews don't bring in customers on their own. I'd probably give it more stars if I could've been seen but, that's the issue. I end up getting the filing done, and GUESS WHAT? I'm paying over 100 dollars for both. My wife, who asks a lot of questions, looked more into it. I think called Cigna, who said this office isn't in network, when on their website they are, lol. I called Jeff Commons, they claim to be in network, but the woman I spoke to told me Cigna downgraded the coverage for Composite, and would only pay for Amalgam. I then find out the Dr.Deborah Rodighiero ISN'T EVEN IN NETWORK! Now, I'm stuck with an addition 200 plus dollar bill on top of the over 100 I paid for. This is unacceptable. Why didn't you do your due diligence before you did my filings and make sure the composite filings were covered?! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE.
