We had some complications during his recovery period and I would call and they would tell me all of his symptoms were "normal" even though their own sheet they sent home with us said they were things to contact the doctor about. My son ended up with an infection and puss coming out of one of the wisdom tooth spots and we needed more antibiotics. After it was all said and done, we also had to pay $150 more than what I was told the max would be. I was asked to pay the max amount and they would refund anything overpaid, nothing about us paying more. I know insurance estimates are just estimates, but to have such a rough experience and then have to pay more than expected just made this an overall terrible experience. I will not be bringing any of my other children here for sure.

Two weeks later when it was time for my follow up for my root canal (tooth that had been bothering for weeks) there was a scheduling issue with their staff, they just thru me at the very end of the existing schedule , another 3 weeks out.
