I recently had the good fortune of having a phone consultation with Dr. Rowen. He was incredibly kind, generous and attentive for the entirety of our call. I can confidently say that I got more concrete value in matter of minutes than I've received from other practitioners after months of working with them closely. I immediately knew that I was going to become a regular patient at his clinic and I'm really grateful for the sincere effort he invested into our initial consult. He undoubtedly left me much better than he found me that day. I have had an equally positive experience with every member of his staff that I've communicated with and I'm very hopeful about the possibility of getting my health back under his care, in addition to Dr. Su. Needless to say, I would recommend this team to anyone that is in search of genuine, competent and consummate health professionals. read more

I tore my meniscus a couple of months ago and it just wasn't healing. A friend of mine recommended a Prolozone injection because he had been to Dr. Rowen with great success. After researching this, I decided that it was worth a try and had my first injection today. I am amazed at the reduction in pain. I also had a frank talk about my overall health with Dr. Rowen and I really appreciated his kind frankness because I legitimately need to make some lifestyle changes. I will be retuning to Dr. Rowen for further treatment and for the first time, I am certain that my knee will recover without surgery. I am moving out of state soon and it's a shame that I won't have one of his well trained surrogates near me because he has a lot of great health improving therapies that I would love to take advantage of. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Rowen and Dr. Su in late 2021. I was fortunate enough to have Dr Rowen see me on short notice, "thank you ladies in the front office." Dr. Rowen was professional, kind and patient with me. Dr. Is very thorough and took the time to ask me questions, he talked with me like a friend, "I felt very comfortable." While In the office I saw firsthand a patient walk in with a cane, he saw the doctor and then to my surprise the patient walked past me with a big smile carrying his cane !!!! I highly recommend Dr. Rowen and Dr. Su and the amazing, big hearted staff of RNs and MAs they have. Please don't ever retire Dr. Robert Rowen many people need you !!! read more

I was diagnosed with colitis in 2008 and I have had about 4 flare-ups over the years. I normally would drink aloe vera juice and I went to the doctor only once which prescribed antibiotics, and pretty much got over it. My most recent flare-up was on January 1, 2022, and for 3 and half months, I have been unable to beat it and I was in constant pain. I went to conventional doctors and was prescribed antibiotics and Prednisone with no relief. I went to see Dr. Rowen on April 12, 2022, I had been referred by a family friend who is a nurse practitioner. I had little faith that the doctor could help me, but I had a lot of hope since conventional doctors had not helped me up to this point. During my consultation with the doctor, he asked me many questions. After the consultation, the doctor prescribed me the ozone therapy called "10 pass", and a vitamin IV called I believe "Oceana". After the first 30 min, my pain went away, wow! I have been pain-free since visiting Dr. Rowen. I am grateful for finding Dr. Rowen he was a Godsend to me. Thank You, Dr. Rowen! read more

Ive known Dr Rowen since he lived in Alaska, and had heard from someone i worked with that Dr Rowen's medical treatment saved the man from a triple bypass. When i discovered he had relocated to this area, i went to him for a treatment for heavy metals (after a long career as an environmental engineer, i needed it.) When my daughter had a medical condition that after many doctors still was without effective treatment, i brought her and my two grandkids. She is now back on the path to health after a three year illness. But it was seeing how Dr Rowen took time to teach my grandkids about everything they needed to know about their health from nutrition to their immune systems and more that really showed me what kind of good doctor and good man we had helping our family. I would recommend this doctor, 100% read more

He offers many wonderful state of the art therapies and modalities specializing in primarily Ozone and Prolozone. Never have I ever been so happy with any doctor's work the way I was with Dr. Rowen! I traveled hours on a flight to go see him and will continue to do so for his amazing work. I have had a failed hip replacement for 20+years and for the first time in 20+years I feel relieved of pain due to his amazing treatment and broad knowledge. Ozone therapy has changed my life and I will forever be flying to get treatment from Dr. Rowen. Not only is his work amazing without a doubt but he himself and his staff are beyond professional and kind. Dr.Rowen had so much knowledge in my hip case that no local doctors around me had. His ozone therapy relieved my pain and I have already made another appointment! Thank you doctor and your team for being that 1 in a million rare doctor who works magic! -Sara read more

My darling wife was diagnosed at UCI Medical Center with an aggressive Nasal Pharyneal stage 4 cancer. The location started in her right sinus and went into her right eye socket and brain cavity. The location and type of cancer made it non-operable. Traditional treatment would be Chemo and Radiation, with horrific side affects and destroy any quality of life. For us this was NOT an option worth considering. I called For an appointment and Rachel booked us within a couple of days. We arrived at 12:30 on January 16th. My wife was literally in 911 triage condition. The Dr. Rowen, Dr. Su, and all the staff cared for my wife as if she were there own daughter/sister. We did not leave the clinic till 9:15 that night. Within 3 days of treatment my wife's energy came back and the headaches & pressure started to subside. We took a picture that day of my wife with 2 thumbs up and sent it to our friends and family that were so concerned. My older brother (who never cries) had seen my wife in the hospital one week prior to the photo called crying. He said "That is not the same person I saw in the Hospital". Me was right! Dr. Rowen was crystal clear he can make NO promises about the success in killing the cancer. However, I can not deny what is happening before my very eyes. What I do know, is Dr. Rowen's treatments are working! What the future holds no one can promise. That is in God's hands. We know our hope and faith is strong! Now I want to speak to the loved ones of someone who is sick. The trauma and hopelessness of hearing a diagnosis like I did for my wife devastating! I see many people in my position submitting their options to traditional medicine for 3 reasons. 1. Lack of knowledge there are other options other than traditional. 2. Guilt if you step outside traditional and the alternative treatment isn't successful. 3. Money. This was/is my journey, so I educated myself and discerned what was our options in an analytical fashion. I refused to live in fear and potential guilt if I made a decision contrary to traditional medicine. And lastly, what is a life worth! If anyone reading my post wants to talk to me personally, I have given Dr. Rowen's clinic the permission to give out my cell number. I do this as an act of compassion for the people out there whom I share in the care of a loved one! God Bless, Darrell read more

The ozone dialysis treatment from Dr. Rowen has really improved the symptoms of my husband's neurological condition. He now has more spring in his step, more energy and less brain fog. He also had an interesting conversation with another patient about education. He had none of these before the ozone treatment. Wow! What a change --- literally right after the treatment. Dr. Rowen did a deep assessment and prescribed targeted, highly specialized supplements. The medical assistants and office staff were wonderful, friendly and kind hearted. We felt really welcomed as a new patient -- by Dr. Rowen and Dr. Terri Su, his wife. We look forward to more ozone treatments as part of this new chapter in my husband's healing journey. read more

I really wanted to be impressed after reading about him and looking at all of his videos online. I accompanied my husband to the initial meeting with Dr. Rowen and was so excited that we might get some relief for my husbands herniated disks. Both our initial impression was that he was not genuine and was concentration more on the "Sales" aspect of his business rather than actually figuring out if he could help my husband. He was trying to convince us he couldn't push my husbands arm down and it was so obvious to both of us that he was faking! I wish I had gone with my gut instincts and decided NOT to let my husband be treated that day. Dr. Rowen jumped right in and told us he would need to try at least 6 treatments on my husband. Our first appointment cost $1550! And again I walked out feeling like we'd been swindled, but prayed it would work, we were desperate for relief! After investing so much on the first appointment Dr. Rowen convinced us we should try a few more treatments, Dr Rowen said we may not see result right away and to definitely try more treatments. After spending upwards of $2300 in two weeks on 3 treatment, my husband had no results. You see after this, we found out Dr. Rowen actually can't do epidural injections and that is what my husband needs. Dr. Rowen did the treatments when he knew perfectly well he should have referred us. Lesson learned, I will listen to my gut instincts! read more

I was very pleased with my visit to Dr. Robert Rowen. He reminded me of the old fashioned family doctor I grew up with but with a vast array of therapies that my old doctor didn't know about. Here we are, 9 years after my Mother's initial diagnosis of lymphoma, and she is still alive at 94.5 years old. I am her son, and first visited Dr. Rowen and Dr. Terri Su with my Mother back in 2013. We learned so much about diet and natural supplements. My Mother lost 60 pounds from Dr. Rowen's prescribed diet, becoming the "lean and mean" body that Dr. Rowen wanted to combat the lymphoma. Had we followed the mainstream-prescribed approach of chemo and radiation, then I am certain my Mother would be gone for at least 7 years already. Thus, we owe many years of enjoyed time together to Dr. Rowen, and we are most grateful. read more

Dr. Rowen first treated my husband six years ago. At the time the doctor's were unable to tell us why he was loosing his memory and having severe headaches. After two treatments of ozone he was alert and energetic. He also changed our diet. We have both remained healthy and see Dr. Rowen or Dr. Su if we have any imbalance. The money we have spent with them is small compared to what it would have cost to have stayed in poor health. If you want cutting edge treatments. I suggest you see Dr. Rowen. Like someone else wrote, I got a sense that he is unprofessionally touching patient, and faking the medical examine so hard for no reason. I was there with suspicion of root canal failure just like many other patients from his youtube channel. As he examined, He told me to keep one arm horizontal and touch one of my root canal tooth with the other hand, then he puts force on my horizontal arm, to see if arm strength differs between while touching root canal tooth or normal tooth. To me, the approach made sense. I have seen many videos about giving more attention to root cause helps to ease symptoms. But surprisingly, he believes, or interprets it very opposite. He thinks that touching the roots cause will "weaken" the body energy flow and that's how this farce started. He started faking the force he puts on my arm, and said "seems like this tooth is causing energy distraction". I said "Okay, but why do you have to fake the weigh?" He said "I didn't! You must be so surprise how much your energy level changes." I asked my husband to help me unveil this meaningless interaction, but Rowen never let him to, and kept telling us "You have no idea how much energy flow changes". Okay, now he told me to touch another root canal tooth. But I am not that idiot, this time I was touching healthy tooth, against to his instruction. And of course he started playing this same farce and told me "You see, you clearly have energy disruption on this root canal tooth". Also when he was doing all this, I was sitting on the bed, Rowen was standing in front of me and his balls were constantly sitting on my knee. He called me "Honey", hugged me often. My husband grossed out when I told him about balls. And he still needed to pay over $600 for this visit. They don't accept insurance at all. I am not too angry to Rowen, but angry that this corrupted medical system make people desperate, and that is very the reason why Rowen could have so much business opportunities and fortune. I even think that he truly believes in his practice, after many years of having so many patients and making so much money, even though he was doing something suspicious. read more

We drove a 7 hour round trip to see Dr. Rowen in Santa Rosa. We had been looking for a doctor who specialized in treating the root of the problem, and not one who just wanted to use drugs to treat the symptoms. I had been down that road many, many times throughout the years and have acquired serious problems with the many different drugs that were prescribed to me. Dr. Rowen was also of great interest to us because he offers a variety of different therapies, including prolozone and 10 pass ozone therapy, etc., which were things that we were interested in looking into. And I must say, with the prolozone injections that were administered to my neck, there was a drastic difference in the mobility of my arms and it was an awesome to experience that. It was refreshing to finally see a doctor who was interested in what I had to say, and who took the time to actually listen! Dr. Rowen showed compassion and understanding as he worked with me to gather details and put the pieces of the puzzle together to help me move forward in my quest for wellness. He was very considerate to us about cost and careful about ordering only the blood tests that were needed, etc., to help keep the total cost down. And, he didn't order any supplements or other tests that he felt were not a number one priority at this time. Dr. Rowen is definitely a doctor who is on the forefront in the field of healthcare. He has stepped outside of the box of conventional medicine to pursue more natural treatments that work with the body instead of just masking health problems with drugs. He is passionate about what he does and it's obvious that he loves his job. He also has a friendly staff that is kind, caring and helpful, which was very nice. By the way, you can check out YouTube and find a lot of videos of him speaking, along with many of his patients who are sharing their experiences during and after treatment. I've enjoyed watching these videos so much and am so grateful that Dr.Rowen took the time to make them and post them for others to see. read more

Where do I begin? Having lyme and a new diagnosis of Trigeminal Neuralgia my husband who is an internal medicine doctor ( who listened to Dr Rowen speak at a Lyme Conference in Chicago) took me to see Dr Rowen for ozone treatments. My husband was alarmed at my pain and sense of doom with Trigeminal Neuralgia in which lyme disease can most certainly mimic. I am a 65 year old woman who is dynamically active in my travels and my profession. I show four Irish Wolfhounds and drive a 34 ft diesel pusher with them along all over the country. Trigeminal Neuralgia is the worst pain ever. It took me down and I thought my life was over. I believe Dr Rowen saved me! He did a physical exam and part of that exam was looking in my mouth. He was shocked and in disbelief to see I had a boat load (at least 13) mercury fillings (aka amalgams). He took pictures and he emphasized they needed to go! I have all my wisdom teeth filled with mercury. I have a history of palpations and arrhythmias. I have had multiple hospital admissions in the past for chest discomfort. Dr Rowen said the mercury in wisdom teeth are in direct contact to meridians leading to my heart. No wonder the palpations right? He saw a slight swelling in the left jaw (the same side of TN). I could not see the swelling myself but nonetheless I listened . Dr Rowen referred us immediately to his dentist to get a ct scan my jaw. We were not able to get into his dentist due to time issues. When I got home to north San Diego county I searched high and low for a holistic dentist with good reviews taking out amalgams. I found Dr Yokoyama in Downtown Los Angeles. He also confirmed and found a not so good abscess sitting under the left lower wisdom tooth via ct scan. He has high level of experience of amalgam removal. His yelp reviews are what led me to him. He took out all my amalgams. I opted for six hours light sedation to get it all done at once. Dr Yoko said the abscess was bad. I know the abcess had to be sitting for months. I have not had a TN attack since last December. I was put on tegretol in December 2018 and had removal of mercury in May 2019. No more TN as of yet. I will be going off the tegretol as per my internist . I am feeling so much better! My energy is amazingly increased. I thank everyone on my team to greater health ! read more

Best Doctor I have ever worked with. He has given me so much good advice I couldn't possibly include it all in this review. Dr. Rowen is always on the cutting edge, always trying to figure out what is new out there that can help his clients. About a year ago I had an outbreak of pimples on my back that I couldn't get rid and I saw many Doctors. Dr. Rowen then recommended Meso Silver and it killed all of the pimples, for good. That's just one out of many recommendations he has given me. Make sure you do at least a phone consult with him. It may change your life. read more

Ok, I am a young-ish woman, and my husband and I read the creepy yelp reviews before making my appointment. I was prepared ahead of my appointment in case there was an issue of inappropriate behavior. You might wonder why I made the appointment after reading those reviews as a young woman? I was desperate to try ozone and was so excited to learn that one of the original Doctors that has used the technology for years was closeby (several hours, but still). I was skeptical of the treatment and scared of sticking an IV in my ARM to be honest, but given my health issues and a recommendation from a friend who received ozone from a different doctor and had success, (not to mention recent podcast mentions with Dr. Mark Hyman, Ben Greenfield, Dave Asprey, Dr. Mercola, etc.), I decided to book an appointment with Dr. Rowen and give it a try. From the first moment I met Dr. Rowen I was impressed by his professionalism, intelligence, and the level of care provided. He actually read through my entire case history and asked good questions. He listened. I ended up here after going to top rated bay area doctors - neurology, infectious disease, and both Stanford and UCSF nuero-ophthalmology. My case is complex, and Dr. Rowen is one of 2 doctors I have seen this past year that actually listened and actually examined how my body is working and functioning from a kinesiology perspective. I never felt uncomfortable during the exam (I have had a similar type of exam performed before so knew what to expect). He did not behave in a creepy manner whatsoever with me. I am actually appreciative of a doctor that takes the time to physically examine their patients! Most are usually too busy or too squeamish to care. About a year ago I had to go to a GI doctor for an already embarrassing issue, and felt like I had to beg the doctor to actually look at my body! She just wanted to order an expensive colonoscopy and told me to take miralax every day for the rest of my life, before actually looking at my body which felt absurd! I NEVER want to discount anyones experience, but personally I never felt that Dr. Rowen was anything but professional during the initial and follow up exam. The verdict is still out for me in terms of the efficacy of ozone for my particular issue and in general, but I certainly know it hasn't hurt anything - a few symptoms have resolved - whether that is the ozone or the 50 supplements and diet changes I am on, hard to say. A good friend that is a scientist thinks it's all snake oil, however, it's hard for me to imagine that 2 bright people like Dr. Rowen and Su would dedicate their life to something like this just to try and make a buck. That makes no sense. The nurses are also super smart and caring. Dr. Su (Dr. Rowen's wife) is also constantly present throughout the office and ensures a tight ship is run. Both are extremely competent and not going to give you a line of BS. They want you to get better and not have to come there! Highly recommend them. It is pricey but not as pricey as other places with less experience based on my research. read more

I cannot recommend Dr. Rowen enough. I can tell you from personal interaction with him and viewing his numerous lectures and recovery testimonials, there is no better source for ozone treatments. Not only is he the most knowledgeable source on ozone I know of, but his compassion and drive to help patients is truly unsurpassed. I tested positive for COVID on Friday, October 2, 2020. My symptoms began on Wednesday 9/30 which prompted me to obtain a test. I reached out to Dr. Rowen, desperate for help as my symptoms were getting worse. I called the office and they promptly called me back and scheduled my appointment for Sunday, yes "Sunday" 10/4/20. By that time, my entire family had tested positive for COVID. According to the MSM, my comorbidities makes me a high risk for severe complications of COVID. I had all of the symptoms, cough, shortness of breath, extreme pain, fatigue, dizziness, brain fog and headache. Upon arrival, I received an immediate 10-pass ozone treatment which gave me instant results. I could breath, carry on a conversation and my body pain had improved. I ordered ALL of the supplements and took the prescribed treatment plan in an effort to save my life. The next day (Monday), I started to fall back again, the coughing came back, pain and fatigue. Dr. Rowen called me right back into the office for more treatment and also introduced me to hydrogen peroxide nebulizer therapy. I am now on day 13 and I am doing so much better. I have NOT had to go to the hospital ER at all. I know that I would have been a severe case WITHOUT prayer and Dr. Rowen's intervention. I am 40, obese, AA, male with hypertension, sleep apnea and Chronic Kidney disease. Although I still have some symptoms, I know that I would be much worse without the care of this office. I have been a patient of Dr. Rowen for about 5 years. I suffer from a very aggressive, Rheumatoid arthritis. I went to him looking for an alternative from all the drugs I was taking, and yet my health declining. He opened my eyes with his knowledge of what a huge role food plays in your health. Also how supplements support the body. Since I began seeing him, my labs are outstanding! My RA factor (determining factor on your arthritis level) has gone down from over 100 (normal being 14 and under) to 28! and my inflammation that was over the roof has gone down to a high normal. I am living a normal life! I couldn't button my pants, turn the car on in the morning, had severe fatigue, etc.. so many symptoms I was heart broken. Having four kids to run around after, you can imagine how I was feeling. I highly recommend him! He is a caring doctor, that looks at every case individually. I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure and A Fib in January 2012. After having followed Dr. Rowen on the web for several years...I drove up to Santa Rosa to get a second opinion a couple of weeks after being released from the hospital. Coming from a family of doctors, I was quite taken aback by how I was treated the whole time I was in his office. After replying to his question about what line of work I was in...Dr. Rowen made several comments to the effect: "Oh...he's got money...he can afford this or that, etc." At that point I should have gotten up an left the office because what kind of doctor sits there talking about how much money a patient might or might not have? I've never heard such talk out of a medical doctor! Well...to make a long story short...Dr. Rowen spent as much time bragging about what great shape he's in because of his Vegan diet and talking to his assistant about getting people in there to fill an empty appointment slot two days later (...and he seemed a bit disappointed when I told him I couldn't drive 2 hours to see him again two days later because I had to go to my mother's funeral!!) as he did giving me a second opinion or even bothering to explain the bag full of supplements...and I still don't know what I'm supposed to do with the bottle of 35% Hydrogen Peroxide he gave me...nor any of the testing supplies he sold me! He handed me a sheet with the names of the supplements & doses, and hand scribbled a few words by each one as to which of the pharmaceuticals they were to replace (for example: he told me I should stop taking the blood thinner Coumidin/Warfarin and replace it with his Garlic pills and something called Bouke...neither of which even thinned my blood outside of its normal viscosity range in weeks!). You would think that after getting a new patient to spend over $1,600 in his first visit that Dr. Rowen would be interested in following up with his new patient, right? I mean how many patients could this guy have that pay him that kind of money for a visit in cash/check (which by the way, is the only method of payment he accepts because he forces you to pay some third party instead of him personally...which smelled of some kind of dodgy tax avoidance scheme!). Nope...never received a follow up phone call or even a follow up email...which to me is simply unbelievable...and completely unprofessional! But whats really the worse thing about my entire experience with Dr. Robert Rowen is that I always viewed him as the person I would turn to first if I ever got sick so that I wouldn't have to just follow the AMA playbook like everyone who gets caught in the hospital web of symptom based treatments...instead I ended up finding a doctor who was more interested in bragging about himself and selling vast amounts of supplements...than actually taking care of a patient who walked in believing in this doctor's ability to help him...but ended up leaving afterwards questioning the whole viability of alternative medicine! Robert Rowen, MD...you should be ashamed of yourself! I have accompanied my ex-wife (and cancer patient), a physician/psychiatrist, to Dr. Rowens's clinic several times and had the honor of meeting him personally. As a journalist writing about health issues, I asked him many questions and received excellent answers. One of his statements I will never forget: "You and I and all of us have cancer cells in our systems right now! The important thing is: Will our immune systems be able to take care of them?" - Indeed ... he was right. I wish, my ex would have followed Dr. Rowen's advice 100%. Dr. Rowen is an expert in cancer prevention and treatments, sports medicine, nutrition and orthopedic. I have spoken to many patients in his office who have been helped and trust him and his advice. He has been interviewed and spoken at medical conferences many times He is in contact with many other physicians in the U.S. and always on top of the latest health news and treatments. He gives his patients his full attention and really is motivated to help them. As far as cancer and nutrition is concerned, he is at the top. read more

I have had huge success with Dr. Rowan treating my neck and back pain. I had suffered for decades with chronic pain and my range of motion is almost full now and I have no pain. I have only had two visits with Dr. Rowan and I feel I have my life back. I had injections directly into my back and neck. I have also had the IV treatments that Dr.Rowan recommended, along with a few supplements he suggested. Over all my health has improved tremendously ! My brother also came up from Los Angeles for treatment and reports feeling better. My mother is currently in treatment for leg pain and reports her leg pain has decreased. She went to many doctors for Neuropathy and Dr. Rowan is the first to take a long detailed history , try and figue out the source of her pain. He is having her do an intense detox process with IV and supplements. She is feeling much better with less pain waking her in the night and day. I hope others will have the same relief from pain and improved health as we have had ! read more
