I was never told I had to be on time, I was under the impression everyone has a grace period. I told her my husband had to call out from work to take my kids to school, then she says "well I don't know if I can even get the machine to work". Basically she gets mad at me for being 10 Min late and yet, doesn't give me a curtesy call to tell me she was having problems with the machine . Super unprofessional front office staff, Gaby kept laughing at me being so upset that they wasted my time . I will be taking my services to Michael Edward Carley in Dallas, with higher ratings . If you can get pass the crappy office staff, this place would be a 10. Check out their other Google reviews, front office staff needs some major adjusting . What a shame !

It brings me nothing but joy to share my extraordinary experience working with Ebon'Nae as my birth…read moredoula. I was initially introduced to her through a friend, but I strongly believe God also aligned us in perfect harmony. We began our journey with a great consultation. Then, there were home visits where Ebon'Nae thoroughly explained the birthing process to my husband and me -- patiently answering any and all questions we had. She also took time to come to an important midwife appointment with me where we discussed my desired birth plan. Throughout my experience, Ebon'Nae offered everything from tools and advice to prayers which really helped me to move through my pregnancy with a sense of ease leading up to the birth. For the actual birth, she was right there by my side physically and mentally coaching me through every moment while going the extra mile to visually capture some of the best moments as well. With this being my first pregnancy, as one would imagine, there were a lot of unknowns to explore, and having such a knowledgeable and supportive doula like Ebon'Nae, I felt seen and safe. While she always kept things very professional, she also felt like family -- and I feel so blessed to have gained the opportunity to work with her. She's truly called to do this work, and words alone can't describe her amazing service. If you're looking for an amazing doula or to train to become one, I send my highest praises and recommendation to "glow" with Ebon'Nae.

But what truly sets her apart is how she shows up when it matters most. I was in labor for four days. It was long, exhausting, and emotionally intense. And Dr. Firouzbakht was there for nearly all of it. She checked on me constantly, adjusted our plan with care, advocated for me, and reassured me when I was completely depleted. At no point did I feel dismissed, rushed, or like "just another patient." I felt protected. She had been working around the clock. The only brief stretch she stepped away to rest -- after days of nonstop care -- was when another physician delivered. That fact honestly speaks volumes about how tirelessly she had already been present. Birth is one of the most vulnerable experiences of your life. You need someone who is steady, compassionate, brilliant under pressure, and deeply human. That is exactly who she is. Her team is also wonderful -- kind, efficient, and supportive every step of the way. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for this woman and the care she provided. We will never forget how she showed up for us.
