First, they took almost 2weeks to inform me of a UTI diagnosis and it took that long to have me started on meds as well. Second, when coming in to get my Well Womman exam, i was getting lab work for genetic testing and I had to get stuck twice because the needle slipped out the 1st time causing me to drip some blood down my arm and on the floor. Lastly, when leaving my Well Woman exam I was handed my results from my lan work during my 1st OB visit, but the results weren't explained to me at all. They just handed me the paperwork and had me on my way. Like I said, i absolutely LOVE Dr. F and I wouldn't dream of changing dictors, but i hope that her staff does get better with how they perform their tasks.

My sister and her husband are both nurses and felt like her staff was like family throughout it. Davyne was the nurse throughout the night and was there within seconds if anything looked off.
