Although I am in my new place now, I did apply to one of his properties (Palm Springs Villas). Could not find his company anywhere...not on here...so I decided to make him a page ;) I had an appointment last week to view a Robert L. Michler property last week. Eventhough, I had gotten approved for another Palm Springs spot earlier that day, I wanted to use that spot as a backup, just in case I chickened out because the other spot was a little further away. The next day Mr. Michler says that I didn't get approved because of a one-time 90 day late payment on my car. Uuumm....you a damn lie!! I own my car. Title in hand. Walked off the lot paid in full. #CashMoney I've never had a payment. That right there was the red RACIST flag. And he couldn't even get it out clear on the phone through all his stuttering. #HeKnewHeWasLying So, either it's some shady business going on over there, or dude was just prejudice and racist against a young, female, professional, with no debt, who happens to also be African-American. #FourWhammies Which in fact, would still qualify this as shady. He better be lucky that application fee was only $35. Lmao. Palm Springs is too nice for old creeps like this dude. Apply with the many other property management comapnies in the area.
