It was greater than $1000.00 which was about ten times my normal visit. They even admit it was their mistake. Beware of these honest liars. Earlier this year, Dr. Gendi of Dental Care of Prince Frederick burned my face with a cold testing…read moretool (it created a blister and caused the lower part of my face to go numb). The tool wasn't supposed to come in contact with my flesh. She was resting the tool against my face and made a verbal acknowledgement (like an interjection) of her error when I told her I felt the burn, and then she lifted the tool off of my face. I tried to focus on the burn and address what happened. I felt panicked and afraid. But she hurriedly (in a raised voice), urged us to continue with the procedure. She verbally pushed through me trying to bring attention to my burn multiple times. I was shocked into silence; I was a bit afraid to speak. She wasn't gentle with the area she burned afterwards either (she roughly tugged my lip out of the way to continue the procedure after injuring it.). I discovered very soon after that she lied in her clinical notes to reduce fault. I was getting Invisalign through Dental Care of Prince Frederick, but I was afraid of going back to the office after how I was treated. And soon after sending an email to the office manager asking if she knew Dr. Gendi lied in her clinical notes, I received a letter of dismissal and was offered a full refund for my Invisalign if I signed a "confidential general release of all claims." But they refused to acknowledge any kind of wrong doing. This place is not a safe dental office. I understand words aren't always sufficient when it comes to warning people about an unsafe provider, and you may want to visit for yourself. But please be aware. Advocate for yourself if you're in pain. Say something if the provider has harmed you, and request immediate treatment for the harm they caused. The mistake I made was allowing Dr. Gendi to bully/scare me into silence when I tried to immediately address that she burned me. Maybe see a doctor of YOUR choosing, if they hurt you. I advise anyone that is harmed by a dentist to make a complaint while in the office (as well as through email), try to find a lawyer, and contact the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners. Maybe you will be able to get in contact with someone who genuinely cares. Be safe.

After he left the dental clinic that he was working at and until he opened his own practice I remained completely dentist-less. I did go to a dentist once but it was a mediocre experience, and I would never go there again. Couple months later I found Dr. Yazdan's clinic on Google Maps and was so relieved that my dentist problems are over! Even though he is located way further from me than the clinic he used to work at, I'd rather drive to his clinic than go to somebody I don't trust. Dr. Watts is the best dentist/doctor I have encountered in all of my 50 plus years. The best bed…read moreside manners of any doctor that I had in my life. I must say out of all the medical appointments I have and had in my lifetime, dental appointments were the hardest for me until Dr. Watts became my dentist. He makes visiting the dentist very easy because he is gentle and patient. After he greets you and makes you comfortable, Dr. Watts will provide information about the dental work he is performing before, during and after the procedure. At least 10 years ago, I went to sleep in his chair and I was so embarrassed. He said it was okay. It happens. I have never fallen asleep in a dental chair no matter how tired I was. I was also too tensed to even relax before I started going to Dr. Watts. Another example, whenever I needed a shot for numbing, I did not feel that needle going deeply into my jaws and he also got it right the first time. This was a rare experience for me. Last, today, I got a crown and he informed me I had one before departing to see his next patient. I asked the front desk if I needed to return for the crown. They went to consult him about the crown. I already had the crown. I am so happy about the smoothness of this crown that I had to write this review. I am so happy that Dr. Watts is my dentist and I don't have to dread going to the dentist anymore.
