I switched my PCP to Dr. Lynch about a year ago. I plan to stay with him as long as he practices medicine locally. The ladies in the office are always polite and helpful and I can always get an appointment quickly. Once my children are old enough he will become their primary also. read more

1, I've never met Dr Leach I've met another doctor there are female I let her know that I needed to have a colonoscopy then because I had one previously in the Bay Area and she said no problem but I got a call from my previous doctor saying it was time but I relocated here to Riverbank and when I discussed this with her it was a matter of time so I called her back to let her know did they get a doctor for me to have a colonoscopy that reception it was very rude and I ended up she said I'd had to do the legwork myself I said well do you have any doctors I can get a hold of and she gave me a name of a doctor that I went to see and made my own appointment and got it on the ball when I came back to let them know how it was and they approved the procedure I was no longer considered a patient anymore I got a call from doctor Lee saying I am no longer a patient and I asked why I guess because I didn't follow procedure and there you have it and that I refuse to take their heart medication and their cholesterol medication because I didn't want to take the stents that had side effects very bad side effects so I found other Alternatives and that's what I took the other alternative they didn't like that either so I no longer a patient there do I recommend Dr Leach I can't really say I didn't see him long enough but I do say that their secretaries need a little more training to help the patients get notified if they're accepted or not they're very rude I'm professional if I give them a rating from 1 to 10 I give the secretaries of one read more

If you are not chronically sick and always needing medical appointments, this practice will drop you and put you under a new patient category. They will refuse to see you because they are 'not accepting new patioents' yet their website says accepting new patients...and this coming from a fully insured patient. My father has been a patient here for several years... my mother used to be too, however, years ago I convinced her to change due to poor treatment. Sadly, I couldn't convince my dad. My almost 70 disabled father who has been sick for a few days went in for an appointment at 9:20 this morning and was told that he had been discharged as a patient. What I don't understand, is why not agree to see him? He got himself out of bed and drove himself all the way there?!! Then you turn him away? No reason was given as to why he had been discharged and no letter was ever sent. Also, why would they not call to tell him before he drove all the way there!! This is so typical for this office... I can tell you horror stories my mom suffered before I made her change. Well, Doctor Lynch thank you for doing me a favor, there is no longer a reason for me to try and convince my dad to no longer see you. If I could give you no stars I would. read more

I do not recommend this medical office at all. The office staff is incompetent. They have lost major test results and orders from my file. They cannot keep their scheduling straight. Their billing system is inadequate. Think twice before putting your medical needs with this office. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I've been going to dr lynch for over 10 years now. I chose him specifically because he's an internist and I have high blood pressure. He's an excellent doctor for this specialty, and has always done right by me and controlling my blood pressure with various medications and so forth. I absolutely adore the nurse practitioner that shares the practice with him, Stacey. What I can't stand about this office is the entire front office. They literally never return phone calls, their attitude on the phone is that you're bothering them, And they don't pay attention to details. I needed a refill of my blood pressure medicine from target one time so target sent the fax to Dr. Lynch's office to get authorization to refill it. Somehow the front office faedx authorization to Walgreens. Then target couldn't fill my prescription because it'd already been filled at Walgreens! As I write this review I am currently haggling with the front office to get preauthorization for an MRI I need on my lower back. it's been three days since the doctor said they would order one, but my insurance company still has not received a request from the front office staff. So I am living with chronic pain and don't even have a request in for my insurance to deliberate yet! If it weren't for Dr. Lynch and Stacey being so excellent I would be out of there in a heartbeat. horrible front office staff. They take forever and don't care. I had my 2 little kids with me and I waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours. They forgot about the lady next to me and kept taking patients that came in after her. The only reason I go there is cause it's close to home but I will go somewhere else next time. read more
