Took a 2022 Ford Expedition in for a coolant system flush and refill with factory 56/44 antifreeze; owner provided. First time used their 50/50 antifreeze after service writer specified owners 56/44. Second time only put 2 gal in a 4 gal coolant system. Suspect the 2 gal was done the first time. Third try, put in 4 gal ish. After running vehicle 15 min on the road going home coolant reservoir tank took approx .75 gal more to fill the system. Was also told and in writing the vehicle cabin air filter was " critical" and needed changing. Filter was new and installed for only one week before being told it needed changing. Indications from others that Mesquite Ford commonly recommends repairs/parts when not needed. Be aware of your go there.

Jumped in, pushed the start button and got NOTHING. I quickly dialed up Stephen Wade Dodge's service department for advice but the only person available to grab the phone had no mechanical experience, but was able to recommend their preferred wrecker service. That's how I arrived at the dealership in a Zion Motor's wrecker, with just moments to spare before closing. It was dark. It was cold. The lights inside were being turned off. And there stood Tony Espinosa, the last service writer left, getting ready to head home to his family. Tony kindly delayed his drive home to help me get checked in and log the vehicle defects, and answer my questions about how to find a taxi or Uber or something to get to my home in the nearby city of Hurricane. Then, Tony personally walked me out of the building around to the back lot to find my car, so I could get the last of my personal effects. As we walked he's asking me things like, "How long have you lived around here?" "What part of the area do you live in?" Bottom line, Tony ended up offering to drive several miles past where he lives, on the way to Hurricane, and drop me off in my driveway, in Hurricane. That incredible gesture of kindness eased all my anxiety about finding a way home after an arduous day. For an old geezer like me with a broken down car on a cold, dark night ... that was HUGE. Then, on September 30, 2025 I brought it back because I thought the other control arm might need replacement. Instead, they recommended an alignment, which I approved. When I picked up the car Scott told me that the alignment was "all in the green and there was no more pulling." We left on vacation that Friday to California. About 1.5 hrs into the trip we notice our steering wheel would turn about 1/2-1 inch to the right when braking and that same amount to the left when accelerating. Not understanding the severity of the issue and the fact that there was no shops open at the time we continued to drive it to our destination. The first thing we did when we got into town was take it to a shop. Upon inspection, they discovered that the main bolt on the control arm they had replaced was never tightened. This is an extremely dangerous mistake -- a loose control arm bolt can cause major steering issues or even loss of control while driving. Because of this, the alignment done on September 30 was completely inaccurate, since the suspension wasn't properly secured in the first place. When I confronted the shop, they refused to issue a refund and only offered a discount on another service, which I found unacceptable given the seriousness of the error. ‼‼‼This kind of oversight shows a lack of basic safety checks and quality control. I would strongly caution anyone considering this shop for suspension or alignment work.‼‼‼ Video in comments

Just days after buying the truck . The worst part is when they serviced my front differential and found metal shavings. I had my guy open it up and sure enough it's damaged. The front differential gear is ruined. Replacing that will now cost me over 2,000$ after owning the truck a month. I've texted them explaining this and was told "sorry for your frustrations." Team D can't be trusted. If you buy a car from them have a mechanic check it out first. Don't get screwed over.

They are backed by American First so they didn't even ask my bank or the loan company I was using what rate they could get me. They just signed me up for American First which requires a checking account, so now I have three checking accounts instead of the two I already had. (Which was too many to begin with) they also gave me way less ($4,200) for my car then the Major Ford dealership ($4,800) or the other used dealership ($5,000). My car payment was also due two days later and I asked them three different time what I should do, and they said they would take care of it and asked if I would leave a good review, well they lied! I paid it which I would have even minded if they would have just been honest!!!
