My husband came in wearing his classic uber-casual shirt which bears the slogan "My Balls Itch" on the front. The doctor entered his room, saw the shirt and, without missing a beat, said "I can give you something for that." :) He then went on to do a follow-up with my husband from an ER visit a few days prior and explained his diagnosis clearly to both of us. I give this guy two thumbs up - he put us at ease through wit and wisdom, yet took us seriously too as far as our concerns about my husband's health. Obviously we CAN wait to go back, but at least we know we're getting top notch care & consideration when we do. :)

Not the best doctor to go to if you need a painless prescription refill process. There have been…read moremany disconnects between the pharmacy I use and their office, and they require that prescriptions be called in by the patient through the pharmacy which in my experience usually takes about a week. I was in the office on Tuesday and the doctor could have just filled my prescriptions then since I let him know I was out. Now it's Friday and I'm still waiting on them to approve the prescriptions that I've had to call my pharmacy about twice this week. It seems like they try to make the process easy for the doctor and their office staff but it puts all the stress and agony of dealing with getting prescriptions filled on the patients and pharmacists who are not used to this unusual process.

After a year or so of not seeing anyone, I went to visit an in-network chiropractor and I had a really unpleasant adjustment. Again I took a year. Recently, I tried again with another chiropractor and again I was disappointed. Everytime, all I can think is, "I have got to get back to Dr. Todd!" I will be calling him tomorrow ;) Dr. Todd looks deeply into your issues, your alignment, and the causes of your pain. He develops a plan that is personalized to you and as much as he can, works with your insurance to get you the best coverage outcome. The bridge health coordinator we worked with was slow communicating with us. This resulted in not getting seating next to each other on our return home after my wife's shoulder replacement surgery. My wife would have been forced to set in a center seat. I don't know about any one else, but having had a shoulder replaced the last thing I would want is to be stuck between two other people and be bumped back and forth. The hotel we were placed in was non-ADA compliment. We requested a different hotel, but were charged the difference between the two hotels. Their lack of communication and terrible travel plans for us caused us to incur additional expenses. I will be placing a complaint with my employer and bridge health due to these issues. I have been seeing Dr. Nonas for allergies for the past year and I wish I had found him sooner…read more Until I was referred to Nonas's office, I had been battling mystery illness X that seemed to keep going undiagnosed, or at best, got the wrong disgnosis entirely. Nonas was the first doctor to take a thorough look at my problem, and was the first to diagnose and treat me correctly in my 10+ year search for the root of the cause. Speaking with Nonas, I felt that a doctor was truly listening to me for the first time in my entire life. He has a comprehensive, efficient, "let's really help you" approach, and he is compassionate towards his patients. Everyone at the desk and the nurses on staff are equally a pleasure to work with, and I never have a problem getting prescriptions filled on time. If I have even the smallest question that needs answering, I call the office and I always get a call back within the hour (from a real human being) who has a helpful answer, never a dismissing or condescending remark. I cannot say enough good things about this practice and I hope that more patients with allergy problems will seek out help from this amazing source.

A few years ago I got sick, finally went to an urgent care in Parker and got called "honey" 10 million times, told I had a cold and sent home. I was pretty miserable so I followed up with Dr. Castro; she gave me some nebulizer treatments and sent me off for an x-ray. I had pneumonia. The negative points would be that the office is only open a couple of days each week and not particularly close to facilities for things like x-rays.
