It doesn't work like that. A good, professional resume is only one part of landing a job, you actually have to do the work and interview well and even then there's no guarantee. I also noticed some complaints about the price, but when I went in for my initial consultation, Rick laid out all the costs right away. I didn't need a cover letter or my LinkedIn edited, so I saved a bit that way. Anyway, as I said, I walked in for my initial consultation and the meeting went well. Rick explained the process, asked me which services I needed, and gave me a cost breakdown. This took around 30-40 minutes. I paid and left and later received my "homework", which was a series of questions about my professional life to help him build the resume. I took my time getting this all back to him, but still returned it before the deadline. I went back on a Saturday to go over the final product, made a couple minor corrections, and was all set. Throughout the process, Rick was professional and polite. As I explained earlier, now it's up to me to land the job, but I feel the price was fair for the service provided and I'm happy with the result.
