You go to a staffing agency because you're lost and you need cash quick. You need a temporary position because the job market is drying up. You put your faith into the hands of professionals who do nothing but lie to you. OfficeTeam is a joke. Stay away. read more

The only staffing agency I have ever worked with that refuses to email back and answer anything you ask. Is is that hard to return an email? Not personal at all and jobs are mediocre at best. Don't waste your time meeting with them. They won't bother to give you the same respect. read more

I was very impressed! I came to Office Team because I was unhappy with my previous job, but couldn't resign until I had found another position. They reviewed my resume and met with me, making sure to understand specifically what I was looking for, and found me a viable interview within a week. I've been at the position they searched out for me for a year now, and I love my job. I would have never found it without the help of Tom Kelleher at Office Team. If you're looking for a new job, go with Office Team! read more

I worked with Office Team twice and was disappointed both times. For starters, information that was incorrect somehow ended up in my file, including that I was a fluent Spanish speaker (I know a little French, but no Spanish) and that I wasn't interested in short-term contracts when that was the whole reason I was working with the agency: to supplement my income when business was slow. Because of that second error, I missed out on several opportunities. Also, I was routinely contacted by Office Team to confirm clients were interested. And yet nothing ever came to fruition. Office Team either wouldn't get back to me to firm up the start date - and I'd invest time trying to reach them without success, or they'd say, "The client is having second thoughts about what they want and the job is off the table." It'd be easy to assume that something in my resume didn't match up with what the clients were looking for. However, I have gone through several temp agencies before and since then and have never had a problem finding work. It makes me wonder if Office Team's business practices caused the clients to have second thoughts. Whatever the case, I have no intention of working with this employment agency again. Despite all the business awards they've received, there are far better agencies out there that can help you find work. read more

I'm tough when it comes to ratings and I always think there is room for improvement but the best question to be asked for a review is, would you contract them for your next hire? I will absolutely contract Tom Kelleher and Office Team again. I think it must be understood that even though Tom and his staff get to know what your needs are there is still work on your part to make sure the person recommended is a great fit. Tom was very helpful and responsive throughout the process which helps a ton when you don't have any time to begin with. read more

Tom Kelleher and his staff were so great to me. I'm an on-air radio personality but my hours just weren't adding up and I needed a day job to supplement my income. It's a unique situation to be sure as I haven't been in a traditional office setting pretty much, ever. The entire staff was very patient with me as we figured out a good fit. I got promoted to full-time at the job they placed me at 6 months in, and am now in the process of being promoted again. I can't thank Office Team enough!! The excel training resources are a huge plus! read more
