I am 67 years old....and thought I was past the point of being impressed by anyone. One visit to Dr McCracken changed that!!! OMG the staff is awesome and Dr McCracken is TREMENDOUS! Beyond being a great dentist, he is SO PERSONABLE....so easy to ask questions to....and he gives you answers in ENGLISH not in "doctor-eze"! He fixed a broken tooth...and two chipped teeth all in ONE VISIT! Call this Old Man " IMPRESSED" and SO fortunate to have Dr McCracken as my new dentist!!! read more

Continues to let this EXTREMELY rude front desk woman talk to his patients any kind of way. She got a full blown attitude because I didn't know the PO Box for my insurance, then she hung up on me! Come on! Serious lack in professionalism and customer service. read more

Made my appointment months in advance, coordinated my day to be there and when I arrive there a very rude woman at the desk said that the doctor had left for the day. I asked why I was never called and she said she left me a voicemail. She did not, I did not have a voicemail on my phone from their office. I left annoyed that I made this appointment 4 months in advance and that no one could even take the time to call me. I called back and asked why she didn't call me the day of the appointment and she hung up on me. Such a shame that the Dentist Would have such a rude, unprofessional person working there that doesn't even follow through on their job. First and foremost, I rate them a TEN! 5 stars would under estimate my experience in their office. I am what you would describe (for a lack of better words) a chicken shit when it comes to dentist or dental work! I will brake out in cold sweat and have heart palpitations just walking through the door. Anxiety is not even a word that could describe what goes on in my mind just speaking to the receptionist. I had an extremely bad experience that has ruined me for even the simplest things like cleanings. With that being said. My 1st visit he fixed the tooth with out any Novocain. It was an old filling that started to chip over time. I was told that tooth would need a root-canal. (From Aspen Dental) Second visit, I had an eye tooth pulled and a filling. Amazed that did not feel a thing. He didn't have to go back and shoot me up even more, to make me more numb. (This has happened to me. I was told I had "blockages"). Dr Robert McCracken catered to my anxiety and walked me through each step keeping me calm through the whole process. His staff: Tammy and Sandy are a pleasure. Such awesome ladies. A very relaxed and welcoming office. They treated me like I was family. I recommend them highly. I personally do not have dental Insurance. I can only tell you this. I paid less than I expected.
