In the end, he showed no caring about my experiences or concerns. For health reasons, he took time off and hired a temporary dentist, Dr. Pruse. I had several very bad experiences with this dentist and wrote an email to Dr. Peterson about these experiences. When I received no response, I re-sent the email. Still no response. I asked the receptionist if he had received it, and she said he had. All I wanted was a simple "I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Let's see what we can do to make it right.", or something along those lines. Before this experience, I had heard others complain about Dr. Peterson, yet I ignored those concerns. Now I join those who are unhappy, and cannot recommend his practice to anyone.

Dr. Bianco did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable, and felt no pain, and Lynn was also excellent in assisting the doctor, and to me in making sure I knew what to do after the procedure. Everyone here was exceptionally nice. THANKS! P.S. UPDATE: Dr. Bianco called me at home in the evening to make sure everything was O.K. What a very nice, and caring Doctor.
