They really made me feel at home by being so understanding and kind. Dr. Paul was honest about my teeth and told me that I needed to step up my flossing and get some flossing picks. She also recommended no crowns, which another dentists highly recommended. She was honest and she made me laugh as well so many times! The main time was when the water pick went flying and spraying all of the place hiting the both of us. We couldn't stop ourselves from laughing. Again she does really made me feel at ease, which is difficult for me and so many at the dentist. I actually fell asleep a couple of times, which is not either easiest task with your mouth open and someone with various tools picking at your teeth. Dr. Paul is nothing short of amazing and her and her staff will make you feel at home, so when you need that six month cleaning go see her! He continued to gripe about how my earring was in the way of all the images and would ask my why I could not open my mouth further. When I responded "it hurts" he did not seem to care at all that I was in pain. As far as the earring goes it was fused closed and I have not been able to remove it since the wreck when I tried to explain that he continued to cut me off each and every time. I think I was cut off in mid sentence about 15 times through my consultation. My favorite was when her personally insulted me when I did not understand a question. I was trying to clarify and instead just got insults dished at me the entire time. Even if he was the only specialist I would rather deal with the pain than see him. He lacks empathy and should take a course on bedside manners. He even quizzed me about how I obtained my dental molds and such and when I told him he dismissed That Explanation. He also told me that everything was in alignment and my retainers should fit... but they do not. Never did he even have me put them on To even check. This accident I was in was extremely traumatic and has impacted multiple portions of my life. I did not need to be treated by him poorly on top of everything else I have to deal with. The only reason this review gets 1 star is because he staff was very pleasant. I should have listened to the recent terrible google reviews on his office. I would also like to mention that I was there 12 minutes before my appointment time and still had to wait 20 minutes past my scheduled time.

Dr. Hoang was able to see me the next day and the pre-visit protocols they have in place made me feel less anxious about my appointment. Dr. Hoang is an extremely competent dentist who knows his business! During the rebonding process he explained to me everything he was preforming. He also explained what was the cause and potential alternative solutions. I thought my previous long time dentist was good, Dr. Hoang made me realize how not so good my previous dentist was. I specifically requested that my insurance coverage be verified and was told that if I waited until my insurance became active at the end of the month, approximately 50% of the cost would be covered. Based on that information, I waited an additional 30 days with a bridge hanging out of my mouth, believing I was making the financially responsible decision. After waiting, I was then informed that my policy had a missing-tooth clause and the expected coverage did not apply. I ultimately paid approximately $3,200 out of pocket. My frustration isn't simply that insurance didn't pay what I expected. It's that I specifically asked for verification, relied on the information the office provided, and delayed necessary dental treatment because of it. Unfortunately, when I attempted to address my concerns, I also found the office manager to be defensive and rude rather than solution-oriented. As a business owner myself, I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern supported by documentation. I have my written treatment plan and payment records and have formally requested that management review and resolve this matter.
