Please don't go anywhere else. Just make an appointment with Dr. Bill's office. You won't regret it! Cons: I am just very sorry that I didn't know about Dr. Bill and his staff before I went through half a dozen others and endured the amount of pain and suffering that they put me through. My story: I had some serious issues going on with my teeth. To make a long story short, I have seen about 5 or 6 different dentists in the last couple years BEFORE Dr. Bill. Finally, after seeing the last dentist (before Dr. Bill) I ended up being referred by him to a orthodontist, who insisted that I needed braces.... now I am way beyond the age of wearing braces.... but I listened because I thought he knew what he was doing because he was supposed to be the "professional!" I wore these embarrassing "railroad track" braces for almost a year, during which time I was forced to put all my food through a blender because I could not chew properly. The braces had forced all of my teeth so far out of alignment that my uppers no longer closed down enough to chew. If we went to a restaurant, I would be forced to cut my food into tiny pieces and then swallow it whole, which caused some digestive problems. Then there was the constant problem with broken braces and wires poking my cheeks, while at the same time not really having ready access to the dentist for a quick fix because he was only available 2 days a week. This made me dependent on my husband's keen eye and steady hand to cut broken wires in my mouth with electrician's wire snips. Another thing that really upset me.... I seemed to always be in the middle chair in a large room full of chairs (no privacy walls - just open area with lots of chairs) and next to me always seemed to be pre-teen kids...... gosh, I felt out of place. Needless to say, the waiting room was always full of kids and so noisy at times that you could not hear yourself think. Then to make matters even worse, the attendant working on me loved to YELL over me and across the room to someone else working 2 chairs down about things not relative to me or my braces. Any questions I asked were brushed off with a flippant response that didn't even make sense. ~~~~~~ Then.....Dr. Bill came in and changed my life!!!! My husband met Dr. Bill and told him my whole sad story..... OMG OMG.... I am sooooooo happy that he decided to take on my case. After spending just a few weeks under Dr. Bill's care, I can now eat and chew normally and my smile.... OMG..... my smile is second to none. I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bill and all his staff. From the minute you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile and welcomed, like you are part of their family. Then when you are invited to the back where the chairs are, you get a semi-private room and have the full attention of the doctor or professional who is working with you. No one ever yells over you to another room. When there is conversation in the room, you, the patient, are included in the loop of information. They always tell you what they are doing and give plenty of warning if there will be a needle prick or whatever...... you are always included. The doctor encourages questions - and believe me - I asked plenty of stupid ones, but he took the time and effort to answer every last one of them. You know what the BEST PART was???? Dr. Bill (and his staff), they not only LISTEN to you, the patient, but they actually HEAR you! What a breath of fresh air Dr. Bill and his staff are. If you are looking for a dentist, don't go anywhere else like I did..... Just go see Dr. Bill and his staff because they will do it right the first time! They are the true professionals and they will treat you accordingly. Call, you will be glad you did!
