They take such good care of their patients and make sure that you're good and not in any pain. They care so much that I have referred my parents to go there when they move here in August. They are in their 80's and I trust that Doctor Habashy and his team will take great care of them. Thank you Doctor Habashy for the awesome service and support and for your fabulous team! I highly recommend Habashy Dental.

This place is a complete scam. I was quoted around $7,000 just for wisdom teeth removal, and then another $4,000 because I hadn't worn my retainers in 5 months after losing them. The prices were absolutely insane. While I was privately discussing finances with my mom, the assistant repeatedly inserted herself into the conversation. At one point she told my mom, "I have a daughter too, she reminds me of her, she'll be alright," which was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Since this was going on my mom's credit, I was already stressed, and then the assistant made another comment saying, "You'll be giving your mom good credit." My mom and I were both in disbelief at how intrusive and desperate this all felt. The assistant also tried to pressure and manipulate us into making a decision immediately. She asked if I had ever experienced pain from my wisdom teeth. I answered honestly and said yes, because months ago my lower left wisdom tooth was hurting, although I no longer feel pain now. She immediately twisted my words into a scare tactic, saying, "You see? She's already in pain and it's only going to get worse. We only have our surgeon two Thursdays a month, and then you guys are going to be banging on our front door for help and we won't be able to." This was incredibly dramatic, manipulative, and uncomfortable. She then told us she'd "give us 5 minutes to think," but came back in only about 2 minute. It was also obvious she had been lurking nearby listening to our conversation because when we noticed her, she suddenly walked back in pretending she was just returning normally. I kept asking about correction retainers because my teeth are still mostly straight and only one bottom tooth shifted slightly. The assistant snapped at me and said, "There's no such thing as correction retainers," and immediately pushed Invisalign and permanent retainers instead. Every solution they offered involved adding thousands of dollars more. Their "discount" was only about $300 off a nearly $12,000 treatment plan. Even basic retainers there would've cost me around $700, which is already much more expensive than most dentists. They also refused to move forward with retainers unless I got my wisdom teeth removed first. Then I was told I couldn't even come back for another scan or mold unless I paid an additional $430. At the front desk, I felt heavily pressured into signing paperwork. Multiple employees kept asking what card I would be using and physically holding their hands out waiting for my card. I felt embarrassed and cornered into paying. Between the copayment and everything else, I ended up spending around $600 in one day. The second I left, I knew I had made a mistake and should have trusted my gut and walked out. Thankfully, none of the paperwork stated the plan was non-refundable. My mom and I immediately called requesting a refund, and on the phone the same assistant once again tried to pressure us by saying, "She's in a lot of pain, she needs them taken out immediately, are you sure about this?" It has now been two weeks since I was told I would receive a refund, and I still haven't gotten it. Overall, this office felt extremely unprofessional, manipulative, condescending, and money-driven. I learned a very valuable lesson from this experience.
