Upon inspecting my orthodontic issues, Dr. Bowen made a noise and gesture indicating her disgust and alarming surprise. She proceeded to tell me that I should have gotten orthodontic work as a child. I felt that Dr. Bowen's bedside manner lacked empathy and professionalism. I would urge anyone who has a degree of self consciousness regarding their teeth to not utilize Dr. Bowen. She will likely leave you feeling worse than when you arrived. Dr. Bowen did provide some logical feedback regarding potential corrective actions, however, my distaste for the way she treated me outweighed my respect for her professional opinion.

My son and I both got Invisalign from Tenbrook. I personally would not recommend them. Their…read morewebsite brags about four locations, what they dont tell you is that there are only a few orthodontists and each location is only open 1(mine) or 2 days a week and the two orthodontists play musical offices. I ended up doing it because my son was doing it and I had one tooth on my bottom row that was being crowded back. The process began in May. I was seen there every 6 weeks or so and was seen there on the 3rd of October, at which time they ordered a new set of Invisalign trays (my third) which takes six weeks to come in. So basically you are expected to wear a single set of clear Invisalign's for six weeks until the next set comes in. I was called out of town for work and missed my next appointment, which was November 14th. Even though I called them to let them know and responded to their many email reminders I received no call back or feedback until after my scheduled appointment date. At which time I was notified they could see December 12th, 10 weeks after my last appointment. They are expected me to wear the same invisalign tray for these 10 weeks. Keep in mind these trays are clear when new, not after 6, 7 or 10 weeks. Not only would I not recommend them because they are severely understaffed, and not very good at monitoring their email reminders or voicemail I would also not recommend invisalign. Invisalign is poorly designed logistically. Each tray set (roughly 12 sets) has a 6 week gap between the sets, at which time your teeth are not being adjusted. It seems odd to me that they dont make a decision half way through a set of trays and order the next set, that way there is no gap in the alignment process. My wife is considering Invisalign, I will recommend against it and Tenbrook.

My kids had t1 and clear mini braces and we are very happy with results! I would definitely recommend them for orthodontic treatment.
