He's friendly, kind, welcoming, a great listener, I don't know how he does it but he remembers pretty much everything, he's funny and you feel like he genuinely cares about what you have to say while helping you realize the reasons why you feel and act the way you do. Along with other important changes I've made in my life, he has truly been a great help in guiding me to be more assertive and quiet my own inner critic enough to find peace of mind. Finally she called an ambulance but they won't be here for about an hour and half it's now 6 pm maybe, the ambulance arrives they assessed her and said she is fine, I told them the symptoms comes and goes, I told them to take her to the emergency room they did, come to find out she had a stroke. What if I did not show up that day to notice that? How long was she having this stroke before I got there. You have like 3 hours to give a drug that dissolve the clot. Would she be dead now if I did not go that day? No one knows but this place is an inbarrsment to the Nursing home rehab in the United States. They kept losing her clothes that I bought to the Nursing home. This place has to many nurses in the morning not enough at night. WTF is wrong with Rosa VILLA nursing rehab facility? I couldn't ask for better people. I had a situation that involved family members trying to commit fraud to get to my dad's assets by creating a fraudulent POA. The staff there was very protective of my dad and brought it to my attention. Police got involved and the nursing center supported my authority to take care of Dad. As the POA I banned their visitation there. And I was very happy to see how well the staff went above and beyond to keep the vultures away at my request. They pampered my dad in every way possible. This was a very good experience having my dad there. I highly recommend this place. I read a few of the negative reviews on this page and they don't even make sense. A lot of the things that are said are not even close to true. For example, the claim that nobody speaks English there is false. Some of the names of staff that are mentioned in bad reviews, are just not there. I know because I spent a lot of time there visiting with my dad and pretty much got to know all of the staff. I believe that some of the bad reviews are either fake or they are from people that mistake The Springs Post Acute for another place.
