I could not wait until it was time to enroll, and without hesitation, asked her to be my primary and my children's as well. It was the best decision I've made to know that someone truly cares about my well-being, physically, emotionally, mentally! Days go by without any response, and I've had to go in person just to find out what's going on. It's really frustrating because a doctor's office should be accessible to their patients. I've called at different times and on different days, and it honestly feels like their phones aren't even being monitored. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with your doctor's office when you need help or have questions. You should be able to get a response in a reasonable amount of time, especially when it concerns your health.

The office and staff were great- While I never actually pay attention to the receptionists (they aren't the ones I'm there to see) her assistants were marvelous. Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and she put me on an ACE inhibitor. It helped lower my blood pressure, but I developed a cough not long after. I looked up the side effects and noticed that cough could be one of them. I brought this up to Dr Mikhail and she said that since it lowered my blood pressure, I should stay on it and prescribed me allergy medicine. The cough continued for months. When I would bring it up again she prescribed me more allergy medicine and told me it couldn't have been the ACE inhibitor since I said that I coughed more at night. The cough got worse earlier this year and I repeatedly told her the allergy medicine wasn't helping but she kept prescribing more of it and dismissed me. After months of little sleep from coughing all night, getting the side-eye from people hearing me hacking in public, having my throat raw with pain and a general decrease in quality of life, I got fed up and made an appointment with a pulmonologist. He diagnosed me with bronchitis, switched me from the ACE inhibitor to Amlodipine, and gave me an inhaler and nose spray. Within a week the cough was gone. It's annoying that Dr Mikhail misdiagnosed me, but what infuriated me the most was her gaslighting me and ignoring my complaints for MONTHS. I really wanted to like her but I'm never going to her office again.

My husband's memory is gone and he can't hear in his right ear and all the doctor said "you have wax in your ear" Then he said "we shouldn't take the wax out because then he'll need a hearing aid". WTF.! My husband has dementia and the doctor wouldn't listen to us! he also is a cancer survivor and they never asked any questions relating to his colon cancer. Get the results of the CT scan C. Address the constant urination problem, He walked out the door before we could finish any of these issues and never came back. I need to have two doctors signature in order to use my long-term care for my husband, but this doctor just walked out the door and didn't do anything about it‍ my husband is 76 and they never asked him any questions. Months later she switches to (Direct Primary Care) services, which mean if you're not paying her monthly (upwards of $200+) cash (rather you see her or not) you can't be a patient of hers. I had come in because I had recently visited urgent care for breast pain, yet he did not examine my breast and simply said he would put in an order for a mammogram. I also requested a referral to an outside laboratory for blood work. However, about three weeks later, I received a call informing me that I had an appointment to have my blood drawn at their office. I arrived at 8 a.m. but no one was there. After calling and receiving no answer, someone eventually arrived and explained that she had an emergency. She said she would draw my blood as soon as possible so I could be on my way. She placed her car keys aside and began preparing the supplies to draw my blood without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I immediately felt uncomfortable with the apparent lack of basic hygiene and infection-control precautions. I told her I preferred to have my blood drawn at an outside laboratory, and she printed the referral for me. Unfortunately, this experience left me with serious concerns about the quality of care and professionalism at this office. I never returned.
