I will give him credit too, because we encountered a lot of bad drivers and he kept his composure, when I probably wouldn't have. The tour is nice, but not something I can give 5 stars to. Nothing was necessarily wrong or bad about it, it just didn't quite pop with me. A lot of what is presented his classroom type stuff. Mileage may vary, but for me this was more a 'B' tour if we were using school grades.

They also tried to say I wasn't on their tour, so I am posting proof here that it was their tour I was on for sure, (assuming I can post a photo of their email when I get done with this part.) Here is the review: "Tour was just okay. We didn't stop at things people clearly wanted to stop at and there was a lot that no one cared about. The driver (my wife said his name was Richard) was anxious to get through the tour because there was so much to see in 3 hours... I'm like, okay then let's stop at the stuff people want to take pics of and blow off the rest of this crap. He also zoomed by and barely slowed down long enough to take a photo of something other than the back of the hand of the person sitting in front of you... the hand that was still there because they didn't have time to take a pic either. The driver also talked about Obama and Clinton the ENTIRE tour. I lost count at 8 stories. (This is not an exaggeration.) (Owner denied this could be true... ask anyone else who was on this tour... and I'm sure he uses these stories consistently.) I'm not a staunch anti-dem, but this was simply ridiculous. If Obama ever comes to a sudden stop this guy's head will end up mid-colon or so. Surgery might be necessary. Anyway, I would try a different one if I were you. Tries to pack in too much." (Owner also said they never wanted me to book with them again... lol, pretty sure I wasn't going to?)

There were 13 total people in the bus on our 4 hour tour. We were on a tour bus and Harry was our driver and tour guide. We learned a lot about the area and Harry obviously knew and shared a lot of interesting and fun things from presidents who stayed there and celebrities who lived there and much much more. A couple of thoughts during the tour: One thing was that we were on main streets so Harry couldn't/didn't stop when pointing out places and views that would have made it better, at least in my opinion, if he could have. For example while pointing something out by sharing "on the left is..." it would have been great if he could have stopped for 10-15 seconds so we all could see it and take pictures if we wanted as opposed to keep driving, which he had to. On a good note Harry had a specific script to follow and after responding to questions at the first part of the tour by answering "I'll share that later" it seemed that people on our bus pretty much stopped asking questions. I think it would have been nice if he welcomed questions and shared something like "if you have any questions feel free to ask." During the tour we made a couple 15-20 minute stops for the opportunity to use the bathroom or buy souvenirs, which was nice, and one on one Harry was nice to talk to. Bottom line the tour was excellent, we learned lots about the history of the island and overall I'd say Harry was a good tour guide, I'm just sharing a couple thoughts that might have made it a way to ask questions when we had them and to stop more to take pictures and learn more of specific things.

TLDR: Don't pay upfront if you book this company!…read more I had booked the All Star Tour company for a private bachelorette tour on May 17, 2025. Not only were we left stranded at the ferry stop for hours due to a "van issue," but the backup tour companies that were allegedly sent over never showed. My group of 9 girls was left to fend for ourselves - we ended up finding a very nice taxi driver with a van to take up around instead. I had paid the full price of $450 upfront on Venmo, and afterwards the owner Jeffrey C. refused to issue a refund, even after weeks of texting. I would absolutely not recommend this company.

BUT the backup company he promised to send didn't show and we were left stranded at the ferry dock and had to pay for a second tour. Now he won't refund my money and has stopped responding. Martha's Vineyard was beautiful and the people were great but DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. I have found others who have been ripped off this month alone. I would give zero stars if that was an option. I want my money back, money that I saved a year for to celebrate my mom's 81st birthday. Im hoping honest reviews, a police report, a letter to the Chamber of Commerce, BBB and the MA Attorney General will do the trick.

I have never…read morebeen more disappointed in my life than I was today with how my family was treated at this establishment. After purchasing coffee and an açaí bowl inside with my wife and 2-year-old daughter, a heavy rainstorm began. Not wanting them to get drenched, I pulled into the side parking lot to pick them up. As I did, the owner--wearing a sour expression--shooed me away as if I were an animal. I asked if I could help him with something, and he (Scott Dario) told me he was the property owner and that I could not park there. I explained that I would be less than 30 seconds, just long enough to safely get my daughter into her car seat. Despite the fact that it was downpouring and I was clearly soaking wet, he aggressively demanded that I leave immediately. He( Scott Dario ) then followed me around the vehicle and continued to escalate the situation. I calmly informed him that I would not leave without my wife and child. He responded by threatening to call the police on me for trespassing. While I loaded the stroller into the car and helped my wife buckle in our daughter, he brought over a friend and they both continued to harass and mock me in front of my family--calling me a "cool guy," saying I should be embarrassed, and even stating, "Good thing your daughter isn't old enough to realize what a jerk you are." He also remarked that he felt bad for my daughter for having a father like me. This was an incredibly disrespectful and humiliating experience. I've been coming here for over 20 years, since I was a child, and had looked forward to continuing that tradition with my own family. I've never been treated so poorly anywhere, let alone by someone claiming to be a business owner. To future customers: be aware that if you pull into the side lot--even momentarily to pick up your family during a rainstorm--you may be confronted, threatened, and publicly shamed by the owner and his friend, as I was, while others are allowed to do the same without issue. Their behavior was not only uncalled for but completely out of line. These individuals should be ashamed of how they treat people. I cannot in good faith recommend anyone support this business. May God help them--they truly need a change of heart.
