Five months after that I was served with a 10 day notice and told I owed them. I responded that I had not received credit for maintenance for the building. I was told at Magistrate level by Ron to make payments & we will work this out this was just a formally. It was clear in the court room he had fun for possession of property. So I fought back. Was offered money at the next level of court by them and I refused. I responded I wanted 5 months payment for the maintenance of the building. Was told no. And a date was set for eviction no payment will do not even payment in full. A constable will be there in x amount of days with us to remove me. They showed up before the said day mo constable gave me 15 minutes to get out I called the constable and was told he was not scheduled to be at my address. They threw out my personal property a week later. After contacting them within the by law 10 days. I was told he wasn't going to come down on a weekend and a dumpster was supposed to come Monday. I have struggled everyday. What they did and how they went about it was WRONG! And from the definition of the law ILLEGAL. I to this day remain homeless and pray someone sees this.

I ended up leaving and going to another agent and out of the blue almost a month later he asked me if I am still looking to purchase a home. I told him the truth that I went with another realtor and he said hes "owed money". I'll be sure to follow up with many more negative reviews for him on other platforms to beware others of this tactic of getting first time home buyers to just "sign away" and not get any service. Now on top of trying to pay closing costs I have to reach deeper into my pocket to pay this guy. If you ask me some of these realtors (like this one) are just casting lines to see who signs on the dotted line to catch dumb first time home buyers just to get a piece of the large loan they will most likely have their entire lives....Corey DIDNT help me, he just cast a line out in hopes to get a bite.

We only stayed for 5 months but we are very happy we chose Tall Trees as our first stop in NEPA. Management is quick to address any issues, John and Angel are knowledgeable and super friendly, and the complex is peaceful and pet friendly. It's also a lovely area to enjoy all the seasons in (to any Southern Cali peeps reading this, Fall really does exist and it's so beautiful). The one issue we had with our unit that couldn't be resolved was every room had squeaky floors and we were concerned about the amount of noise this caused for our neighbors below. But FWIW, the neighbors below never came to us about any noise. Hopefully this is something that can be resolved before it's rented out again.

Probably nothing.oh, and the vent photos which the property manager of years and years who walked out and quit last month said he only had to have cleaners come out and clear them one other time during his tenure here- yeah ONE other unit had their air ducts cleaned out other than us in YEARS - are now growing grime again and it hasn't been more than a little over a month since stably steamer came and cleared then and cleaned them. The burned plastic? That was our dishwasher starting to burn in the middle of the night because the valve that sends water to it- was broken. I smelled it and doused it with water. If it had gone further, my children's bedrooms are down the hall on the other side. I'd have had to put them through the window and risk broken bones because there'd be no other way out. The mold in the tub took my husband 2 hours to remove before he re-caulked the bathtub himself. There are 2 maintenance men for the entire complex. There are about 8 apartments to every building and I know there's at least 20 buildings- you can do that math. The wonderful elderly woman that lived below us wound up moving because she couldn't afford a place that had black mold covering her bedroom walls. We helped her move, we saw it ourselves although you can find it all around our unit too. Our water smells like fish, so we try to wash our clothes at the laundromat instead of using the washer and dryer in the bathroom because our clothes smell so bad even if I add 5 bounty sheets to the dryer. The tiles floors were cracked and raised (one stuck to my sneaker and I lifted it with my foot- and we told them this right in the beginning in September. ) They just fixed the problem (partially) in March. Please I'm begging you- save yourself from poor health because your health and your life is more important than what this place can do to you. I pray anyone thinking of moving here sees this. If I can help ONE family even ONE- then this will be worth the time it took to write it. Nothing is worth your LUNGS and your Ability to BREATHE! Oh and please read the review below about the hot water- even after replacing the hot water heater you get about 5 minutes of hot water, then must wait until two small coils reheat the small reserve that gives you the 5 minutes. Every single thing said in every bad review is not embellishment at ALL!! Heed their warnings if you don't heed mine.
