There is no way our recent purchase would have happened if Tim hadn't been highly involved in many of the details as it turned out to be a pretty complex negotiation, and closing. Tim helped us with finding a better mortgage company, good legal counsel and insurance at half the cost we had! Most of all Tim made some promises the sellers didn't keep and he personally made them happen at out of his own pocket!
