There is no way our recent purchase would have happened if Tim hadn't been highly involved in many of the details as it turned out to be a pretty complex negotiation, and closing. Tim helped us with finding a better mortgage company, good legal counsel and insurance at half the cost we had! Most of all Tim made some promises the sellers didn't keep and he personally made them happen at out of his own pocket! In addition he has (and is continuing) to support us after the sale as he has continued to answer questions, and connect us with quality service providers. He refused to take us anyplace, telling us how busy he was and was overall disinterested, arrogant and confrontational. Needless to say we were very surprised and put off by this. We were very anxious to see what the area had to offer us, and we are experienced buyers, having purchased multiple apartments in Manhattan, full time residences in New Jersey, vacation homes in Florida and Pennsylvania, and all on a cash basis.
