I doubt there are CPAs filing the taxes since the CPA i was "assigned" to left for over a month while I was STILL emailing them. Had I not reached out to customer service this would have went on probably as I was told to wait for a month after uploading my files to have my taxes files. Now a month has come and gone and I'm still fighting with these people. I even spoke to the owner of one of the companies they farm out too and he was supposed to call me today to go over my file and NEVER called. No one ever contacted me or asked to reschedule. I had to hunt them down and find out he's out sick and that they can't reschedule me until next week. Again this service is a joke. Now I'm asking for a refund and will attempt to get one from either them or go to Amex. I can't believe $3300 paid for literally not even getting my taxes filed expeditiously. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. I will have to fight to get my money back and report them to the FTC for baith & switch. It's now a few weeks before taxes are due and they have NO accountability.
