I wanted more of a personal touch so do speak. I gave Deena a go, she was very nice on the phone and we made an appointment to go over my taxes. She lives close to me so that worked out well. She works on her own and out of her house, don't let that discourage you, it's just what I was looking for, just dealing directly with 1 person. She did our taxes, great communication along the way, and she is very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain things no one else had and took the time to do both itemized and standard so we could pick what was better for us. We truly appreciated that she took the time to do it. Professionally and securely handled all the paperwork. I will definitely keep her, and i highly recommend her.

After a few back and forth responses we established a time for phone call to discuss my needs. Our call was scheduled for 5:30 PM on a Monday evening. When I reached out for our scheduled call, I was unable to get through to Deena. However, I did receive a call from Deena around 6:15 PM, at which point we discussed my situation. Our call was disconnected during the conversation and I was unable to reach Deena again. Deena followed up with an email explaining that she had been having some issues with her cellular service (understandable), and then gave me a very detailed explanation based on her understanding of the issues I communicated.
