However, once we started to reup the insurance everything went down hill. My agent Addison is no longer an employee at this location, and boy do they miss her. She was fantastic and very proactive. I received a return call from Janean after leaving a couple of messages requesting electronic documents, I am legally blind. In fact, the wait for the docs were part of the reason we missed the deadline. It seemed all was going to work out when she left me a message that the docs had been emailed and ready for docusign. They never showed up. I left many messages over a couple of days asking her to resend them and leaving email addresses to make sure she had them correct. After I did not receive anything by phone or email, I tried calling a few more times. I finally chose a different prompt and Jeramiah answered the phone. He informed me that they were very busy due to the holiday weekend, which I understand. I mentioned to him I just needed to know if they can find coverage or if I need to look for a different agent. He then told me that if I do not hear from her by the end of the day, I should look for a new agency. I said really? I have been a customer of yours since around 1995, and he said Thank you have a nice day and hung up the phone on me. Needless to say I switched to a new agency that also saved me $500 for my homeowners from the quote Condon-Meek gave me. I do not know what has changed over there, but I have recommended many people to this group, and I will now do the opposite. Oh, and an entire week later I still have not received a call from anyone at Condon Meek Insurance. If a 0 was possible I would have given them a 0. If they treat their long term customers like this, how will they treat new ones.

When confronted, he had the gall to blame me--for not verbally reminding him of basic deadlines. His exact words: "You could have picked up the phone. Yet when it came time to actually file my returns, Mike deliberately let the deadline pass because he hadn't received full payment--and never once bothered to call me about it. Pure hypocrisy from a supposed professional. Mike Fletcher and his associate Abby are incompetent, petty, and utterly indifferent to their clients. Spare yourself the aggravation and find an accountant who actually does the job they're paid for. Avoid this firm at all costs.

If you are assigned to William Merritt III, find another lender. This man is very condescending and…read moredisrespectful. He does not communicate well, if at all. When he does it's to talk to you like you are beneath him. I at one point told him that his tone was very condescending and that I am not a child. The deal on that home fell through and we proceeded to find another home. William did not contact me at all until less than a week before closing. When I had questions he started every sentence with "like I told you" I had to stop him and remind him that he has not even spoken to me in over a month to tell me anything. I asked if it was customary in Florida to discuss his clients financial information with the realtor. I was assuming he had been speaking with the agent because it was not me. He came to the closing and immediately started talking to me in the worse manner possible. In the middle of him telling me what he "told" me weeks ago, I called his assistant and she confirmed that I was informed yesterday. This really set him off! My husband interrupted him and told him not to talk to me that way. Will's exact words were "she needs to be talked to this way" needless to say there was almost a physical altercation. The Title company representatives wanted him to leave their office. They had never heard a lender speaking that way and said she had difficulty with him as well. He was slamming doors and having an all out tantrum. She offered to refer me to another lender instead of continuing. Honestly if it wouldn't be a detriment to the sellers, I would cancel this contract and find another lender. He does not deserve a dime of my money. My advice is if you are a home buyer or a realtor, use anyone at this company with the exception of William Merritt. One thing I forgot to add. After the first deal fell through and I corrected him on his condescending tone. He offer to pay for the appraisal on the next home. (I'm guessing this was a ploy to keep me with him) After the appraisal was performed I noticed that it was charged to my credit card (without my knowledge or consent..that's fraud) Will then stated that he was unable to pay for it as he had promised.
