We had an uphill battle we couldn't compromise on, and needed a lawyer with maximum experience,…read morenetwork, skill, persistence, and availability. We researched dozens of local criminal defense lawyers, choosing the most promising to talk with in person. Mr. Griffith was high on the list with an extremely high peer rating and awards, and when making a consult appointment with him on the phone, he said "I hope you hire me." In person, he was personable and polite, not arrogantly or foolishly optimistic nor cynically defeatist. He was confident about his knowledge and if he didn't know something he'd find out without faking it. I was scared and needy; calling or visiting with questions, requests, or to verify court dates and times(recommended), and always got help ASAP. My case was ugly; child porn. Not guilty, but the accusation destroys lives and defense usually gives up or loses even when innocent. It took more than two years, we didn't give up, and we didn't lose. That took a lot of patience, effort, and skill on the part of Mr. Griffith and his helpful staff. Of dozens of lawyers we researched and the ten we saw, I'm very glad we chose Mr Griffith.

Mr. Childers just completed a civil procedure for a good friend of mine. Even though we live in…read moredifferent states and never met in person, Mr. Childers and his assistant, Karenmarie, handled the situation most professionally and were always courteous. We spoke to several attorneys to discuss handling the matter but many wanted upfront consulting fee, several never returned our phone calls even when they said they would. Mr. Childers even reviewed a couple of documents we sent to him and gave us his legal opinion, all before we had a contract for his services or even sent any money to begin the process. He or Karenmarie always returned our phone calls, kept us well informed during the entire process, always returned phone calls, and the best part, he never talked down to us or used complex legalese. He explains the process so a layman can understand and patiently listens before speaking in a kind and most courteous manner. Mr. Childers is very down to earth, realistic, and gets to the heart of the matter rather quickly. His fees are in line with others and we think he is very reasonable. Nice thing is he told us up front what the fees would be and even sent us an outline of what was involved in the process and the fees involved. With Mr. Childers you know exactly what you are getting and there is no guess work. He is very honest, reliable, professional, courteous, compassionate and a very nice man. Karenmarie is superb and she well complements Mr. Childers in his practice. We highly recommend Mr. Childers. You will not be disappointed.

Retaining Nicole Ferry was the best decision I could have ever made. I feel like the attention to my case and her ability to extract information from the opposing party was incomparable. I couldn't have had a better person on my side. She is knowledgeable, experienced, and quick thinking in the thick of it. Watching her litigate was engrossing. For lack of a better word, she demolished the opposing counsel. I had second hand embarrassment for him. I pity anyone who would try to go toe to toe with her. Her paralegals are also unmatched, they were quick to deliver whatever she requested in the middle of a hearing. They kept me on track throughout the whole process. The office manager is kind and kept me on schedule, as well. I would recommend her to anyone I care about who may be needing counsel for family matters.
