I have been going to Dr. Lowe for years and absolutely recommend. I started with Dr. Lowe at their old office back in 2012. This is a recommendation is based over a decade+ appointments, procedures, services, and interactions. Dr. Lowe and the staff have been simply amazing and I couldn't imagine going to another dentist. Dr. Lowe has an excellent bedside manner, is very personable, and he and the entire team focus on patient care. Special shout out Missy and to my excellent dental hygienist Melissa who are part of the care team. Dr. Lowe & team offer the best personalized and comprehensive care. I personally do routine cleanings, X-rays, and fillings here. I have even had deep cleaning services, an acrylic flipper made, and then an upgrade to a metal partial for two missing teeth. I know I am in great hands here for oral health and care. Dr. Gavin is newer to the practice and was able to help out with an emery filling and I have nothing but highest regards for her as well. In summary, absolutely recommend and I can't imagine going to anyone else. read more

I've been a patient of Dr. Lowe for years and don't know what I'd do without him & his amazing staff. I literally drive two hours to see him because I've since moved. I tried switching to a closer dentist once, left in tears, and came back to Dr. Lowe. From the dental hygienists to the front office staff, I LOVE them all (s/o to Marsha and Missy!) I am a frequent flyer when it comes to dentist visits. Cavities, crowns, root canals - you name it and I've probably had it done... twice. Dr. Lowe has always made me feel comfortable, is literally the NICEST and really goes above and beyond for his patients. I will be a customer for life, or until he retires, in which case I'll get dentures and never see another dentist again. (Kidding. Kind of.) read more

Covid - 19 and our health issues are historical and critical as well as political ! I MUST express my sincere appreciation for their genuine concern, and flexibility in scheduling my appointments , and for the compassion and sensitivity that they expressed and rendered to me at the most difficult times of my life. They were and indeed are "INCREDIBLY UNDERSTANDING" ! The fear, depression, and anxiety that senior citizens such as myself AND our children are still experiencing as a result of often witnessing and enduring the deaths and suicides of family, friends and neighbors as a result of covic's mandated isolation and social distancing is now a major and national health concern and crisis. As is Mask Mouth. Second; Mask Mouth - yes, it is a real thing! While wearing a face mask is important to keep us safe from Covid-19 and mandated by the State of Ohio and across our nation; new medical, oral health hygiene and dental issues are becoming apparent. Mask Mouth is now recognized as a major health concern resulting from long periods of time that many are having to wear them. In addition is my history of mass anxiety and fear of mental visits. I do not know how they managed to do such an excellent job to ensure that I received the best possible overall outcomes, care and treatment for my particular case ! My teeth look absolutely fabulous. My experience at this facility was and has been of the quickest and best that I have ever encountered. My wait time in the lobby has been less than 15 minutes. Not to mention how great the service is. The staff provides excellent professional and courteous care." They work with me and my health insurance issues. Let's talk about real "CLIMATE CHANGE"! The climate...the "Atmosphere " within this facility itself is "Exceptional". It was and is a healing environment for me. An Experience where they have collectively "SHIFTED THE ATMOSPHERE WITHIN". I have incredible anxiety, especially about dental visits. Dr. Lowe and his staff were INCREDIBLY understanding about my anxiety for all my appointments there, including my last which was one of those necessary for a crown. They not only walked me through what my appointment would entail over the phone, but they listened to exactly how my anxiety affects me and took that into consideration for my appointment. I truly felt that they cared as much about my well being during the visit as the state of my tooth and that is a rare find. Finally, the appointment itself went very quickly and painlessly. Dr. Lowe told me what he was going to do before he did it and always checked in with me to make sure I was ready to continue. When I left, the staff (including the hygienist who cleaned my teeth earlier in the year) congratulated me on making it through the appointment. Talk about an amazing dental office! My kids and I are new patients, so these are my first impressions. The office lobby seemed very clean and the front desk staff members were very professional and helpful. The dental hygienists (two of them for two kids) seemed to be very competent and answered all my questions. Dr. Lowe was very nice. The only bad thing was he told me the boys may have to get a orthodontist consultation, which wasn't his fault at all. It just sucks. Oh well, that's life. Over all, they were great. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because this was just our first appointment. read more

I started going to Dr. Lowe when I switched insurance carriers. My last dentist was good, but we would be in the office for hours at time (that's no exaggeration). Dr. Lowe's office got us in and the wait time was no more than 15 minutes or so. The tech's were nice enough and Dr. Lowe himself was very courtesy and knowledgeable. All sounds great, right? The problem was not the dental staff, it is the office staff. They are very condescending, rude, and not easy to work with. They called me on a Friday to confirm my appt for Monday and when I let them know I was going to have to cancel they charged me a fee and told me I was required to give them 48 business hours notice! When I asked why they didn't then call me 48 business hours prior to my appt, they said "well patients say they forget." I'm sorry I do not have the money to spend on a monthly insurance rate plus an extra fee the dentist charges to "ensure they will still make revenue in the event of a cancellation." I have never been to a dentist where if you called them a day in advance to cancel, you would be charged. Life happens and when you are in the medical field and appts are made you have to understand that if your only appts are 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri some people are not going to be able to get the time off they thought they would, or what happens if you're sick? It is ridiculous that you tell me (as a paying customer) that I must pay extra because the appt I made 6 months ago isn't going to work out. So, sorry Dr. Lowe, you are a good dentist, but your office staff has lost you three patients. read more

I am BEYOND frustrated with Dr. Lowe's office. The hygienists and Doctor himself are very kind and great. However, the way the office services are conducted are terrible! Similar to another review, I was also charged for a "broken appointment". I work in the medical field so I understand the frustration of people canceling appointments or "no show" clients.. However, I called MULTIPLE times to cancel my appointment prior to it but Dr Lowe's office was closed. Sorry that I work a job with long hours and the office was closed and was unable to call during your office hours to cancel my appointment farther in advance for their convenience. I will never return to this office and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
