My boyfriend wanted to look at a condo he is considering purchasing and called to inquire. Someone named Letty answered his call. After a discussion, he told her that I would contact her to view the property, which I did several hours later. Letty could not seem to recall her earlier conversation with my boyfriend. Once she did, she agreed to schedule an appointment for the following day at noon, but stated she would call me to confirm that access was available. By 11:15 the next morning, I had not heard from her so I called to follow up. As it was the previous day, her manner was cool and short. She told me she had just arrived at her office and didn't know whether the condo could be viewed. At this point, I was already frustrated by her unprofessional tone and seeming lack of interest in our business, but I agreed that she could call me back. She did and confirmed a 12 o'clock meeting. I waited outside the unit for 20 minutes until she arrived late - somehow I was unsurprised that she would be late. Upon arrival, she stayed in her car making calls, which I could hear from outside, as she was on bluetooth. When she finally made her exit and deigned to speak with me, it was only to apologize that she didn't have the access code for the lock box - another surprise - and asked if I wanted to meet her later in the afternoon. Ummm . . . NO! Let's see: rude, late, and unprepared = unprofessional. I'll look elsewhere, as I'm sure there are lots of real estate agents who will be more than happy to have a call from a new customer.

These guys answered texts, phone calls, emails at all hours of the day and night, and practically gave up their personal lives to make the acquisition of my home painless. Ninfa did an excellent job staying on top of the mortgage company as well as the title company to ensure the coordination of the transaction went smoothly. I am very rude, obnoxious and hard to get along with, and these individuals had the patience and diligence to put up with me for four months. They were even generous enough to help me sell the home I bought last year and are helping me to acquire another home, and I know they stand to make money off the deal which is fine and good, but these people work for their money. Ninfa has dedicated countless hours just for me and my needs, missing family functions and kids school events to make sure that the I's are dotted and the T's are crossed, and to me that speaks volumes about their work ethic and care and concern for their customers. Despite the other reviews that have been posted about this company on here, this company is all about its customers, Chris Marrs (the Broker not agent) came to the home I was purchasing and did the walk thru with me, ensured that I was satisfied with the product and service his people were providing, to me thats quality customer service. While we all might have a bad day now and then, these people with Seven Six O make up for it when it counts. The letter was poorly written and not legally binding per an attorney we sought legal advice from.

I'm not sure what her problem was but fortunately after a several months, I made the decision to move on and find and realtor. I did find another realtor and she found the perfect home for me within a couple of weeks. Katalina Penland was just a big waste of my time. I would Not recommend her to anyone.
