Always have to go through corporate yet can't give out corporate's #. We only had 1 month left in our lease so we asked to leave early therefore they wouldn't have to rush to get the ceiling fixed (makes sense, we were the only ones in the building) but they wouldn't let us!! Had to stay with family until they fixed it. A whole week!!! Did not reimburse us for the time out of our inhabitable unit. Luckily we had renters insurance and the bed and mattress was replaced. We should've known this was a horrible choice when after only being in the unit for a few days, the unit under us got raided!!! Please stay away from here. Especially since Jay is gone. I sold a property listed by corona realty…read more I requested the closing statement prior to the closing - I got nothing I attended the closing - they staged an unlawful dry closing - I reviewed the closing statement- and was informed at their lawyers office - i had to pay a $1400 miscellaneous fee. I refused to make that payment. I was told that if I did not pay it. I would be forced to cancel the transaction. and I'd have to pay corona realty the commission structure due to default on my part. I was frauded. I was ripped off. and I was ignored about any type of resolution or anything to remedy the situation. these people are pumping fees that I've never seen before, in my 75 + closing experiences. corona realty caters to inexperienced buyers and sellers - it is a con game and switch and bait show.., be cautious and do not trust anyone at Corona Realty
