Also, I don't like taking pills and thankfully she didn't prescribe me 3 different meds I can't even pronounce (this was done at the other dentists and I took them obligatorily with uncomfortable results). She was honest and told me over the counter ibuprofen should suffice and wrote down how many mg I needed. I had no bad side effects. A few months later, I had a crack in a tooth caused by an old filling. Once more she had me in and out quickly. Thankfully my mouth has been pain free ever since.

I scheduled an appt. for my son for his first ever dentist visit during the T-giving holiday break. I got a call the day before the visit to let me know that dentist was not going to be in the office. I rescheduled for the following week. I received several text notifications about the appointment, including one at 2:07 pm for his 4 pm appt. I arrived early to fill out paper work, but found the door locked and the lights were on. I knocked, but no response. I called twice and it went straight to voicemail. I also sent a text message in response to the one I got. When I was leaving, I saw that there were a couple of employees in an office whose attention I attempted to get but was ignored. The next day, I received a phone call from the office explaining that the office was closed because the dentist was not there. The person on the phone said they called all the parents and I told her I didn't get a call; she said they must have the wrong number or something (remember, I got a text confirming the appt. 2 hours earlier). She also mentioned that the staff was nervous about me knocking on the door. When I expressed my concerns she was dismissive and combative. This office is disorganized, the dentist is unreliable and apparently they have no problem lying to their customers.

Amy had adorable pet photos in her room and told me all about her fur babies. Amy did such a thorough job with my teeth cleaning. She was so thoughtful to hand me chapstick to keep my lips moist throughout the cleaning. She gave a detailed explanation of what she was doing and told me of any teeth that needed extra attention or might need some repairs soon. Once she was completed with my cleaning Dr. Marsh checked her work. He is very kind and personable. One thing to note is that he is a perfectionist. He will often want to fix cosmetic related things with your teeth, and is honest if it is necessary dental work or just aesthetic. I got a groove in my tooth filled on based on his recommendation that not only will my tooth look nicer, but it will help the aggravation he was starting to see near my gum line. I will always go back to Dr. Marsh for my future teeth cleanings and dental work. There is simply no better dentist in the area.

A year+ later I have to go to an orthodontist to have my teeth straightened out. This office insisted I needed invisalign. Did you know, you can move teeth with invisalign and NOT be an orthodontist? I wasted $4k & 18 months of invisalign, put in by a regular dentist. When done, none of my back teeth were touching, I did say that, in fact I tried to stop the process after 6 months, but it seems money was more important that anything I was saying. I went to another dentist, he confirmed that my back teeth were not touching and asked how was I suppose to grind food? Also note, the office is full of adverts for injections of all kinds, lots of posters that tell you your not good enough & you need procedures. Please do tell me how that is holistic?
