Amazing Dentist!! was going to him every 6 months for 7 years, with the same receptionist and hygienist. They are always kind and polite, send appointment reminder card. He removed my wisdom teeth on a Thursday and gave me his cell number in case I had any issues over the weekend and saw me first thing Monday morning to make sure I was healing correctly. Went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of. only problem, he's so well liked you have to book a couple months in advance for a cleaning but they do have a cancellation list and call you with openings read more

I have been going here since I read the great reviews and was looking for a dentist that cared. I have had bad teeth ever since I was young and am very nervous going to dentist due to going to some really bad ones through out my life. When I was a child I even had a dentist slap me because I was crying when I was in so much pain from his drilling. I guess that is where my distrust of dentist started. I am very glad to have found Dr. Smith. He really cares about his work, His staff is always friendly. If I ever feel any type of discomfort while being worked on they are quick to fix any pain issues. I had a procedure done the other day and he personally called to see how I was doing. Very happy with Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff. I am very fearful of visiting any dentist because of past experiences as a child and the pain but Dr Smith is extremely sensitive to my needs and requests especially for iv sedation. I combed through numerous websites for dentists, watching testimonials and wondering if these people were really telling the truth or if they were just acting. Bottom line was that I needed a dentist and I wanted one that handled sedation. So when I got to Dr. Smith's site, I was tired of looking online. But I watched a video of him talking about why he believes in sedation dentistry. As I listened, I realized, he got it. He wasn't placating or making promises he couldn't keep; he actually understood that the anxiety some people feel about going to the dentist and having dental work done is real, unpredictable and even irrational at times; but HE GOT IT! Dr. Smith is kind, laid back, respectful and a darn good dentist!! I had some extensive work done and I can honestly say I am no longer afraid of going in to the dentist as long as he is the one doing the work! The anxiety is there, still, but the fear is gone and the anxiety is manageable with his help. All of that, in addition to the friendly staff at his office really makes choosing Dr. Smith a great choice. They are friendly, helpful and do not leave you hanging when you ask a question. Melissa, Dr Smith and the entire office are amazing! I hadn't gone to the dentist in quite some time due to my fear of the dentist. When I heard of the option for sedation dentistry I thought this was my chance to start taking care of my teeth again. I started here for the sedation dentistry because I was anxious about dentists. Since I've been coming to this practice for several years, I never need the sedation anymore. Everyone is friendly and efficient. I never wait more than 10 minutes for my appointment. All the staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. I recommend this dentist to EVERYONE! I was referred here by my dentist whom I had been going to for about 25 years. Due to an illness, I started to notice my teeth were not good. I hated going to get my teeth cleaned because it hurt so bad. Once I started going to Dr Smith... options were discussed with me and decided to go with implants. Well, the dentist is probably the worst place I ever find myself. That being said, if I have to be at the worst place ever I want the best version of it. That's why I go to Dr Smith. I've been in the military for over 10 years, with 2 deployments. As a result I have been diagnosed with PTSD, and a severe aversion to having people in my personal space. The staff at Dr Smith's are amazing, they are very patient and kind. The sedation process is easy and they make sure to keep me as comfortable as I can possibly be while at the dentist. I went to Dr. Rob Smith and walked away excited about my surgery. I had the sedation and only remember falling asleep and waking up and left there laughing and all dental needs complete. He was up front about the costs, which are exceptionally reasonable, his office is clean and modern, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, and even more importantly reassuring. I am the type of person that is thrown into fits of anxiety when I even think about the dentist. I didn't realize how affordable it could be to undergo sedation when getting dental work done. They were extremely sensitive to my fears and I experienced a painless removal of two bad teeth, with very little recovery time needed. I came to this office because I had gone through a round of horrible dentistry work elsewhere and needed better work. Rob Smith and his staff are hands down the best dentistry I've ever had. Not only was he able to relive me of the pain I had from two horribly done root canals, he was able to give me piece of mind and ease throughout my whole procedure. My teeth had to be pulled and I was sedated, something I was very nervous about. The staff here not only went above and beyond to make sure I was at ease, they made sure I had all my medication prior and talked me through all my questions and concerns. The sedation process was the easiest I've ever had, It felt like I was awake for less than a few minutes and before I knew it everything was done and over. I felt nothing after and was able to relax. The Dentist even called me later that day to make sure I was okay. This is honestly the best office you can come to for any dentistry work. I am in SHOCK!!! I had so many issues with my mouth. I was incredibly embarrassed to go to a dentist. I KNEW I needed sedation as my phobia of dentist is no joke. My blood pressure skyrockets, and I do NOT go unless something is really wrong. I had a LOT of things wrong now, and it was time. I emailed because I was too scared to call. Melissa called me back, and she talked with me and calmed my nerves and scheduled a consultation. I had to cancel TWO consultations due to sick kids. I canceled the SAME day as appointment. Now, I do not encourage this, but the office never made me feel bad and understood my situation. I finally made it in and I was thrilled with the office, start to finish. The front office was super nice and professional, and the office itself was warm, clean, and inviting. Melissa called me into the back after a very brief wait. She was pleasant, friendly, and SOOOOO understanding of my fear. She validated my feelings and gave me the confidence that I could do this. She thoroughly explained all I should expect and I met with Dr. Smith and he was friendly as well. Didn't waste anytime digging in my mouth for an extended period, got right down to it and we made a plan to fix my biggest issues first. About two weeks later, my appointment was yesterday. The IV sedation was AWESOME! I woke myself up SNORING during my treatment. Are you kidding? It was all done in less than three hours, my crowns look great, they fixed a little divot I had at one of the bottom of my front teeth. I am THRILLED with this office and am no longer afraid.
