Hired a company that had sales reps in BJ's warehouse. Said company had no mention and or was not…read morenoted on contract that I signed that they are partnering with installations made easy. I paid the local HVAC company via a check in full. two weeks later installations made easy billed me near $6,000 without having authorized to do so, I had not provided and or given them any information, and or where told they were in any form apart of the sale. By the time I was informed of the company via my own research into where the charges come from- I get no call in return and or explanation and or refund upon calling them. No apology and or information of where and how they drafted almost $6,000 illegally from me. Beware of Big Box stores selling Home Improvements- as this company may be the involved and bill you thousands that you've already paid to your local contractor.

Precision flooring installed them with lumber liquidator's recommendation, so the floors would have a year warranty on installation.the floors were only 5 months old when they buckled. The home service store has not given us any resolutions with our hazardous floors! We made the claim in Feb and it is now June! You have to make the contact or no one will get back with you. I guess they hope the problems will just go away. A bit of advice! Good customer service is getting back with a positive resolution. Just an outstanding contractor. Jason and his partner Bruce do great work. We have a large house…read morethat needed to be sided and have trim work done and they made our house look brand new. He is fair, informative and a pleasure to work with, I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I hired this contractor to do a drywall job in my house that had had some flood damage. He had two…read moremonths to do what was about a 5 day job. I have to say this has been my worst experience with a contractor ever. Can Jason do a good job, in terms of him doing the drywall/mudding , yes, he did for the first day on the job, of course that was the day he got paid the first two payments, after that it went downhill fast. I wanted everything done in XP (water/mold resistant), he brought regular drywall so that had to be taken back. One thing he appears to actually have never read a materials datasheet. Had he have done he would have done the ceiling in 5/.8" as my ceiling is 16" o.c., but he just did it in 1/2", so there may be a problem in the future, I didn't realize this until I read a datasheet to do another job months after. After the first 1 1/2 days he disappeared not to be heard of until I finally called him two weeks later, after that he would bring a crew for like an hour or two in the morning now and then, always after I had called. Worse than that, the crew he brought would be a couple of young guys, who had no idea what they were doing and I discovered had just been hired and this was their first building job. The guys worked hard but the work was done very poorly, also the guys get to breath all the silica dust, I offered them dust-masks but they seemed uninterested. In the end I had to work evenings and weekends to fix the screw ups and finish areas he never got to. I had a schedule with renters coming in. Close to the rental day he just never showed up at a promised data again and that was the last time I heard from him. I had to work into the night hours to ready and get it ready to paint but I didn't do a great job and his poor work, particularly corners and finishing are there for anyone to see if they look closely. I would never recommend you use him, since i am not a drywall / tape 'n mud expert it took me a long time to fix and most of the poor workmanship like bad corners I had no time to fix. I have everything documents in pictures and video if he should challenge the accuracy of this review. This job was a disaster and its the last time I will use a drywall contractor.
