After careful review I choose to work with Gmwoodworks. The job went along great. He fixed problems that we never saw under the old siding and wrapped the house properly in tyvek. All the while his workmanship and attention to detail were seccond to none. The way he kept us informed on the progress made us feel like we knew what we were looking at.:) The house has new siding and some stone work under the overhang, and now is by far the nicest in the neighborhood. After he completed the siding we had him quote a new deck out back for us. The price was workably so in two weeks times we had a new deck out back. The deck is curved in the front and covered with compostie decking with composite railings and looks beautiful. The whole structure including footings is solid and we don't expect any problems for many, many years to come. Employee from here nearly caused a massive accident today on my drive to work (9/24 8am).
