I called several attorneys located in New London County of CT to see how much they would charge for a Will for my wife and me. Without mentioning their names, many were between $850.00 - $1200.00, and beyond! When I stopped by his Law Office in Norwich CT, his secretary informed me it would cost about $700.00, and is when I made our first appointment! My wife & I showed up for our appointment, as scheduled, and I was very impressed with Attorney Ortega and knew he was highly qualified to provide my wife & I, our Last Will and Testament! After our consultation with Attorney Ortega, we were scheduled to return the following week to pick-up and pay for our Last Will and Testament! When we returned the following week to review, pick-up, and pay for our will, we were very impressed again when we reviewed our Last Will and Testament, our Health Care Instructions, and Statutory Power of Attorney! I would highly recommend Attorney Ortega and his qualified team (staff members Ms. Barbara & Ms. Angie, etc.) who all have outstanding interpersonal skills, Attention to detail, organizational skills, and verbal and written skills! Thank you, Attorney Ortega & Team! Your # 1

I found, after a thorough online search, Attorney Thomas Capalbo III, of Capalbo, Capalbo & Hartford in Westerly, Rhode Island. His reviews were impressive and that gave me some hope that I was hiring the right firm. Upon meeting Tom, I was sure of it. I was not comfortable with signing a release, sent to me by the Trust's attorney, in its original form, nor was I settled concerning its wording. Tom took the bull by the horns and informed me that I should not sign it as it was and that he would be looking out for my interests going forward. I felt like I had finally found someone who had my back. In working with Tom, I found that he was honest, professional, respectful, reliable and a man of his word. An attorney with integrity. He would either speak to me when I called, or get right back to me as soon as possible. If he told me he was going to do something, he did it. There was no waiting around to find out what was going on with my case. He kept me well informed. He is an outstanding attorney and all around nice guy who genuinely cares about his clients. In addition, his office staff is excellent and very pleasant to deal with. My interests were protected and my case was resolved in a timely manner. I believe and told him so, that he was worth every penny to me. You really want this man in your corner.
