I was given a very fair quote and time to think about it. He gave me some suggestions that might help make my situation better, which I did, and he even kept reminding me of what I needed to do. When it was all said and done, I had to pay $3,500 to hire them, I only met someone once, they never tried to fight for me but instead said "this is the way it goes." For all that I could've saved my money and went through the process without them. They gave me the wrong information about when I can have the Intoxalock removed from my car. When I called the first time to get an explanation, they informed me I hired them to stay out of jail. That let me know they don't care about the clients and do what they have to do to ensure they receive their money and what happens to their client is out of their control. Worse experience ever and costing me close to $7,500. I would've just went to jail if I knew I was gonna be treated like a criminal from law enforcement and this weak law firm. The only good that came from this is I didn't get a charge. I suppose they did something right.
