Had he shown ANY willingness to listen to his attorney and compromise the outcome could have been much different but he insisted on a jury trial and as such he lost on all counts and ended up owing my client over $20,000. I said no you told us to keep trying and you'd get us with Boston if we didn't get someone. I asked do you not want to continue, he said I have a lot on my plate. I told him fine. He stalled us another 7 months. With the way the files were returned. I don't know how AGO and the justice bridge has him for help as he is none. But, I firmly believe in Karma for the school dept and him.

When he noticed I was posting negative reviews on the web, attorney Tim McNamara sent me this email: "It has been called to my attention that you are posting disparaging comments on the internet about my firm, so that you have put me in a position that I cannot communicate with you any further. Please either remedy these comments and send me a complete list of where you have posted them, or have your attorney contact me." Sounds like a veiled threat but of course it's an empty one unless Congress has repealed the first amendment without telling anyone. In his response, seen below, McNamara claims I am not a client. What he means is the estate is his client. Well, I'm 25% of the estate so of course I'm a client. He's doing what lawyers do best: play word games. Yet another reason to avoid this firm. I'm sure he expects the estate to pay his fee when this is over, and I'll be expected to pay my 25 percent. Wow, what a jerk this guy is.
