Clean Slate Construction's guys are titans among men!…read more I hired them to remediate dry rot in my house. They gave me an amazing estimate and once I signed on the dotted line they came, set up, did all the work, and cleaned up after only a week! What I loved is that they arrived on time every day, didn't stand around wasting time, didn't leave the job site for extended periods of time, brought their own portapotty, were friendly and respectful to our family, considerate of my kids (one of whom has severe special needs), explained what they were doing in a thorough but not condescending way, and they cleaned up every day after that day's work. Best of all was the quality of work. I'm no expert but I can tell when construction work is bad and I'm being BS'ed versus when it's good. And Clean Slate's work was very good. I've already hired them for another job at my house, and that should say it all.

Very easy to work with, and provided service that far exceeded expecations for two projects so far…read more One of my projects was the construction of a rail car bridge and the second was creation of an approx. 2200 ft service road. All of the engineering work was done by Benton, and their care for the site, as well as attention to detail was exceptional. Their finish and cleanup was particularly good. To top it all, their prices were more than fair, and even though they weren't the cheapest bid, the value for money was beyond what one could expect. I highly recommend working with these folks.
